Are we Old Souls accustomed to the traditional ways?

Post by Winston » February 17th, 2014, 4:38 pm

Hi all,
I've been watching a lot of documentaries lately about past lives and ancient people, and have come up with some theories and insights about us and the types of people in our movement.

Could it be that most of us here are old souls, with many past lives in the ancient world, and that's why we hold so staunchly to traditional values and gender roles? Is that why we can't conform to modern liberalism and socialism of the NWO? If so, I think it would explain a lot, especially since there is now a lot of compelling research and evidence that reincarnation may be real. Here are my theories and speculations for why most of us may be old souls. Consider the following and tell me what you think.

1. First, most of us are seeking traditional values and romantic relationships like people had in the past. We do not accept the modern culture nor do we conform to it. We want women to be women and feminine. We prefer the normal male/female roles that have always existed for thousands of years. We do not conform to what the liberal media tell us but abhor it.

Could this be because we've had many past lifetimes in the ancient past, and have a strong root in how things were, and therefore strong attachments to them? In contrast, a young soul with fewer past lives would not have strong ties to the ancient past, and therefore would just conform to whatever is around them in the present, whether good or bad. They are more likely to conform to toxic cultures and liberal ideologies and political correctness, and to whatever is trendy, even if it is stupid.

2. Most of us are also critical of modern industrial society. We complain about how materialistic, soulless, artificial, mechanistic, and isolating it is. And how it turns people into machines rather than human. What this means is that we don't really fit into it.

Could the reason be because we've had lives in an ancient past where people were more in harmony with nature? Perhaps even in pre-Sumerian history with the ancient Druids, Atlanteans, Lemurians, etc. Or even with native indigenous tribes in the Americas? Thus deep down we knew of a better more enlightened past and are stuck on it? And we easily see the toxicity in modern industrial society as well because we have something to compare it to in our ancient past.

In contrast, a young soul, with no ties to the ancient past, would just become a machine and accept it since they have nothing to compare it to.

3. Many of us are history buffs and know a lot about ancient history. Could it be that people who are into history have an attachment and connection with the past from their past lives, which gives them a strong sense of nostalgia and romanticism toward ancient times? After all, why would one feel a sense of nostalgia for eras that one did not live in in this lifetime? I feel a sense of nostalgia for many eras of the past, including the Old West era.

Of course, it could also be because Hollywood movies romanticize ancient history. However, most teenagers do not like history and find it a boring subject.

On the other hand, a young soul with no lives in the ancient past, would feel no connection with it, and thus would have no interest in it either.

4. We seem to have an entitlement complex in that we demand choices in quality women and refuse to settle for less. Perhaps in our past lives, we did have a lot of choices among women, who were prettier, more feminine and higher quality than today. Maybe we were aristocrats or nobles who were used to having concubines and more choices among higher quality lovely women?

Of course, modern Americans are spoiled with an entitlement complex too, but we are not like the typical modern American. The modern American is spoiled in material things and consumer choices. But they don't demand that women be feminine and natural. Plus, many American guys do end up settling and marrying women with bad attitudes. So being spoiled doesn't explain everything. (unless we were spoiled in a past life too)

5. We are also better than average at seeing the big picture. This could be because having many past lives gives us a much broader perspective on things, such as life and human nature, and more wisdom as well.

6. We are not conformists but think for ourselves. Humans by nature are conformist. They conform to wherever they are at, even in a bad and toxic environment. So why don't we just conform as well, like everyone else? Could it be because we have a stronger and more developed sense of self, inner values and principles, from our lives in the ancient past? Could it be because our strong soul roots are not compatible with modern culture, so we can't conform?

Most mainstream people are empty and hollow, with no inner life, so they conform to whatever is around them. The exterior environment controls their interior, because there is nothing in their interior. Thus they become whatever is around them. Perhaps these are younger souls with no historic roots?

7. People in the ancient past were into passion, virtue and glory. They had strong social connections with their tribe, which we long for. In contrast, modern industrial society is very mechanistic, soulless, artificial and isolating. Our personalities seem more like the former than latter. We seek deep connections, which people in industrialized society are not supposed to crave. After all, we are not artificial and soulless like modern society is, so we do not seem to be a product of it. Could it be because our souls are from the ancient past?

8. In many foreign countries, women still look and act like women from the ancient past, especially in third world countries. In Russia/FSU, the women still have the wholesome natural look that American women had in the 1960's and 1970's, for example. And in remote towns in Siberia, there are women who have the pureness that women in the 19th Century had.

We get along with these types of foreign women far better than the modern liberal masculine independent western women (who don't need us). We prefer women who need men and are dependent on them, at least emotionally and psychologically, and who also have good feminine qualities and values. So basically, we prefer women like they were in the past.

Now, could that be because we've had so many lives in the past, that we are too attached to how women were in the past?

What do you think? Does all this make sense? Have any of you ever felt this way too?

These are my speculations of course. But they would explain a lot if true. If not, then maybe we are from a different world or dimension.

Personally, I've always felt more like a person from the ancient past than modern times. Even though I'm against wars and joining the military, I feel like I've had many past lives as a warrior, which is why I'm so interested in military history and have watched nearly every documentary about it. The past just seems so much more glorious, passionate and romantic. That could be because of Hollywood too. I don't know.

I also feel entitled to having a variety of choices in women. So perhaps I was a monarch, aristocrat or noble who was accustomed to having a lot of choices in women and conquering or seducing them? That's why I can't tolerate having no choices in women, or only bad choices.

Also, ever since I was a child, I've always felt that I carried a deep sense of sadness and loss from my past lives. I have memories of growing old and dying and being lonely for many years. And I have memories of a glorious romantic past too. So who knows. Any of you ever felt the same?

Hi Winston,
thank you for pointing this out to me. Much appreciated.

I have met MANY people who claim to have very vivid memories of past lives. They are most convinced that this is the case. So I would not dismiss such an idea at all. I think it is very possible even though I have no first hand experience.

What I do have first hand experience with is the disconnectedness of our souls, who we are, and out bodies. I had what is called a “disassociative eventâ€￾ in 1998. To cut a long story short I suffered alcohol poisoning because my liver was damaged by a baterica in the water in the Philippines. I did not know my liver was damaged and was working at only 10% of capacity. I was just getting really bad hangovers from small amounts of alcohol.

We had a few drinks after work one Friday night as normal. I was not able to find my way home for hours. I have quite missing piece of time. I was, apparently, calling Jennifer sounding “drunk out of my mindâ€￾ claiming “I can’t find the trainsâ€￾ in central Sydney.

I eventually got home and went to bed. A little while later I awoke only to realise that although I was fully conscious now and totally sober I had absolutely no control, no interface to, my body. It was as scary as hell. I was disassociated from my body but not having an out of body experience as so many report.

Jennifer awoke and could see my eyes were open and the expression on my face but I was totally non-responsive. An ambulance was called and I was taken to the local hospital. I could hear them talking over me quite clearly but I had no control over my body. The doctor was asking if I could have taken any drugs or anything else. That sort of thing.

He warned her that in these cases sometimes the person does not return but that such situations were rare in people so young as me…I was 34. In the end it was decided to give me a jab and put me to sleep and see what happened when I woke up. When I woke up I was “attachedâ€￾ to my body again.

So it is clear to me that our souls, who we are, are completely separate from our bodies and not connected to our bodies eternally. It is obvious that our soul will move on from our bodies once it dies. This is one reason why I have never had any fear of dying. I know that my soul will go somewhere and I am actually looking forward to finding out where that might be.

Does it go on to be recycled in this world with another body? Maybe, maybe not. But it does go on to somewhere.

And interesting observation I made while listening to this doctor talk about me was this. He knew exactly what I was experiencing. He understood totally that in these cases the soul, the consciousness, can be trapped in the still living body and that the person lives out the remainder of their lives trapped.

I didn’t really think about it again until I found out about the genetic engineering. It makes complete sense that doctors who are “in the knowâ€￾ know much more than they let on about what they know about us. This is why I do not trust western doctors. They know much more than they let on and their job is to “farm the sheepâ€￾. They are in the perfect position to kill off troublesome sheep.

I am totally convinced that when I was 6 there was an attempt to kill me by the Illuminati by giving me encephalitis with the triple antigen booster shot. I am just as convinced that I was “protectedâ€￾ from dying and that this was a big surprise for the doctors involved. Looking back on that whole experience I think that the Illuminati do their intelligence tests in the middle of first class (aged 6) and if they find a genius who is not part of the program they use the booster shot to cause him brain damage or death and it is written off as “one of those thingsâ€￾. Michael Tsarion was the man who hinted that there seems to be a correlation with the booster shots and encephalitis. It was this hint that had me call my father and ask him if I had my booster shot in the week before I fell ill. He remembered that I did have that shot just a few days before I fell ill.

What are the chances that the only case of encephalitis in the region during the whole year (remembering that it is a highly infectious disease) just happens to the little boy who has just been identified as a genius via the basic skills testing that were routine in Australia at the time.

The basic skills testing also had the purpose of identifying “future threatsâ€￾. And any kid like me who was not part of the program would be a “future threatâ€￾. If I was them it is exactly what I would do to eliminate any boys who happen to not be dumbed down enough by the genetic engineering.

So..given all that? I think western medicine knows a LOT more about what is really happening and who we really are and how we really work than they are letting on. And one aspect of that is what they called “deathâ€￾ and how they have instilled fear of death in to people. Fear of death is one of the great controlling factors in this world. Just look at how fearful people are of death. Look how we reserve our most severe punishment for people who “murderâ€￾ other people.

I think it is all a scam and that there very much is something else next once our bodies “dieâ€￾…..just my thoughts….hope you like them…thanks for asking.

I believe in past lives, although I realize that it's something which can't, at this point in time, be proven scientifically.

However, from the Buddhist point of view, none of us really have "more" past lives than the others do: In Buddhist theory, all beings have had extremely many past lives due to the length of time which the universe has existed. Although maybe it's possible that really stupid people have had more recent lives as animals than others. But I guess, Winston, you were just referring to past lives people had as humans, and didn't think about the possibility of having past lives as animals and other types of beings.

I'm from India and I did not knew who you were, a guy in Philippines forum copy posted one of your articles about Philippines angeles city without mentioning your name...and I was like WOW....I need to know who really wrote it...your words resonated so much to who I really was....After few days, the guy wrote again mentioning your name and I Googled you

I think i read nearly 99% of what you had written in two weeks time....Your experience going to Taiwan was my experience to the T going to meet my grand parents in India...And your quote about if you seen one building, street in Taipai, you have seen it all was the funniest...its soo true here also...

Our attraction to Philippines and South East Asia of all countries is I believe because of Ancient Past connected to Atlantis...

I think most of us are really Old Atlantean Souls and Philippines, Indonesia was the real Atlantis

The Author of this site Prof. Arysio Nunes dos Santos, PH.d is Brazilian, so he did not create it with an agenda to make ones country the place where Atlantis was like most other authors do...

In the above Video, he explains it why Indonesia was the real Atlantis...very good info...

Here is another great Article on Sundaland...The Ancient landmass which is now Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia...Very good info here

I am not a big believer in past lives. If we come from some kind of "source", live a life on this earthly plain, die, and return to that "source", then it seems that another piece of that source returning is not really US, so to speak. Also Einstein explains that all time is relative, so can we really have past or future lives?

I tend to believe the information and experiences of past lives are accessible to ANYONE, and this is why you have 26 people claiming to have been Alexander the Great or Cleopatra.

Stil, I cannot deny that I am hopelessly drawn to that ancient life, those native tribes living in harmony with nature. I can't shake it no matter how much I try. I KNOW there is something wrong with the way we live today. I can't explain it. I just KNOW.

I can't stop thinking of those stories in recent history, when the british or other europeans would go to Tahiti, polynesian islands or even native America, and many of their men would defect and go live with the indians and find true happiness. They KNEW something was wrong with the way they lived.

I know that I am missing something. Constantly searching for answers which probably aren't out there. No matter how many books I read on this stuff it is never enough.

I just watched this documentary called The Mountain of Mystery, about indigenous tribes in the Amazon region of South America. In one section, it says that life moves at a very slow pace. The people work just enough to eat and be comfortable. They spend most of their time doing nothing or playing simple, even childish games.

What does that say about the lives we lead today.

Sadly, at the end, I am assuming this documentary was shot years earlier, they said missionaries came and being ashamed of the Indian's nakedness, gave them sports clothes. Unfortunately, they didn't teach them how to wash the clothes or give them soap. The Indians became covered in fungal infections and parasites. The narration went on to say these natural lifestyles will soon be lost forever.

Winston You Are Correct

Post by CGrantAnderson » March 23rd, 2014, 5:03 am

Winston,

You are correct in very many ways.

Here's a summary of my thoughts about the subject:

Old Souls and the Modern Day

1. Old Souls do exist.
2. Souls are not complete from life to life but are "recycled" and shredded and mixed with new soul material to form new souls. Thus, multiple people can get larger or smaller bits of Old Souls in them.
3. If you happen to get a larger dose of an old soul in your current soul you will naturally be attracted to places, things, and concepts of your old soul.
4. The mix can be quite eclectic and you can be "pulled" in different directions with not knowing why.
5. There were 60 million Native Americans in North and South America before the Europeans came. Pieces of those souls did not disappear but rather live on to greater or lesser degrees in people all over the planet. This explains the pull of Native American things to people who have no Native American ancestry.
6. If you get minimal or no Old Soul pieces in your new soul you will be shallow and have a long way to go to reach the same level as Old Souls. I call these people "cardboard people" because they have so little depth they remind me of the cardboard stand up figures of people we sometimes see for movies and such.
7. You can often discover and get connected with your Old Soul parts thru meditation.
8. And, yes, the modern day is a terrible time and place for Old Souls. There is no sense of brotherhood, belonging, or closeness nowadays as was intrinsic in virtually all of the societies to which Old Souls belonged.
9. People nowadays are only concerned with surface superificialities rather than Soul depth. Image living amongst cardboard people and you'll see what I mean.
10. Women are nowadays taught, along with males, that there is no Soul and that none of the Soul aspects or arts have any value.
11. Thus the degradation of our lives and our societies.
12. This is the worst incarnation/rebirth that I've had in many, many ways. Even those lives where I died young had family and friends and a "people" society better than this soul-less society and time that I now find myself in.

Hope this helps. Feel free to contact me to discuss this further. And, yes, I'm writing a book and doing a video on this in the future.

Welcome Grant. That's an incredible first post. So our souls contain fragments of other souls or multiple souls? I guess that would explain a lot, but it's hard to visualize with linear logic.

What kind of book or video are you doing?

Have you seen the Soul Ages video series on YouTube? It's very interesting and makes a lot of sense. Here is part 1 of 7: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CHj1OsSMd_c

You would like this movie then, called "The Sleeping Dictionary" with Jessica Alba. It's about a British emissary sent to try to civilize a primitive forest tribe, but ends up falling in love with a girl in the tribe (Jessica Alba) and living there. It's on YouTube.

There is also a movie called "Mutiny on the Bounty" about a group of English sailors who sail to Tahiti to obtain a fruit that will feed their colonies. But they end up staying there after they find a better life full of fun, sex, love, and carefree relaxation.

If souls or their components are drawn from a central database of souls, as this would seem to suggest, would the current spike in the human population indicate that most people are relatively soulless placeholders, kind of like the woman in the red dress in The Matrix movie?

Do any of you have past life memories? Or have tried past life regressions?

Check out this battle simulation in the video game "Medieval Total War" between England and France. It looks awesome and glorious. People were so passionate and authentic back then.

I miss the Middle Ages. I've always felt like I was there in my past lives. Seeing these scenes reminds me of my past lives there. I've always felt extremely attracted to Medieval Europe. My soul and mentality are from that era. Back then, people were passionate and lived for glory. Not like modern America where life is totally boring, fake, artificial and infested with upside down liberalism. Sure life was dangerous, crude and harsh in Medieval Europe, but at least it was AUTHENTIC, not totally fake like modern America. And people were genuine and passionate. They didn't believe in bullshit like gay rights, men and women being equal, men and women trading places, women abandoning their femininity to become angry monsters who don't need men, etc. None of that evil disgusting upside down bullshit.

Also, when I hear the word "England", it stirs up passion in me. I feel as though I've fought and died for that country before with passion and glory, "for king and country".

Do you all think that maybe the reason we don't fit into modern America is because we are old souls with many lives in the ancient world, so we don't fit into modern America because it's so fake and inauthentic, with upside-down liberal values do not fit the world we are used to?

Where would the souls with liberal values come from then? Would they be old souls from some other dimension or something where shit is warped and different from the way things "should be" in our own?

An interesting philosophy, but I personally don't believe it.

Probably young souls with a lot to learn or vessels with no souls, or possibly other old souls testing us.

Yeah a young soul will usually be very materialistic, very ambitious and conform to whatever culture they are in, even if it's bad, toxic or evil. An old soul will have a deeper wisdom and sense of self that's been carried over by many lifetimes.

See the video series "Soul Ages". I embedded it here:

viewtopic.php?t=15401

The famous psychic and healer Edgar Cayce said that Americans are reincarnated from the Atlanteans, who self-destructed their own society in Atlantis by going down the path of evil. They turned to the "dark side of the force" and have now returned to be given a second chance.

There are many compelling cases of reincarnation. Watch the documentaries and news reports about them, and you may become more open-minded to it. Discovery Channel came out with some great ones. You can find them on YouTube.
