Looks to me like I was right (on another thread) to suggest Panama webhosting (for good ping rate to U.S.), with a Belize domain and registrar (.BZ sounds better than most country suffixes). Plus a non-US company as owner (to make service of process for copyright violation or defamation less, um, mechanized).

The idea is to have some protection from pernicious U.S. seizures and from spammy notices of copyright violations.

Panama and Belize are not on the list of TPP members or potential members.
