Typically, employers train workers and promote them because they need trained workers and they need them in the higher positions. They don't do it because they owe it to the workers.
It used to be that government and industry collaborated to see that the system I described above was maintained, and this produced good workers. If there is no incentive for workers to better themselves as they can be cut off at the knees at any time no matter what they do, then no-one should be surprised if the workers aren’t so great.
Suppose you had worked for 20 years, saved up a lot of money, and invested it in a new business, and then you ran that business for 10 years and built it up. Why would you spend money training employees? Would you spend your own hard-earned money to train workers when they could make your business more money, or would you do it just to empower white boys to move up the career ladder?
Fair enough. But why would you then expect your workers to not suck? Someone has to pay to train good workers. Why do you then get to employ them without contributing anything? Why do you get a free ride?

Mr man. I see that often. Young people looking for a job but wanting a management post, or demand training, only office work etc. Wtf. If you perform you will move up. It isnt owed to you. Such types, give them a pass.

Regarding training, the best people don't ask for it. It comes natural. They willingly take on tasks beyond them and ask for help when they need it. Worthless ones say i cant do that, or first you must send me on a course, or it isnt my job. Pay me more first.

We have a policy of when you have free time develop someting. I do that and some merhods i developed had big financial spin offs in terms of new methodologies to address problems. It gets you in on every tender. The lazy ones will just use off time drinking coffee and gripe about how people earn more than them. And guess what? No jew is involved in there salary being what it is. Only their lack of skills development and entitlement mindset.

Good people likr an environment where their initiative can thrive. As they grow they are more marketable so you pay more to keep them and because their growing skills command higher rates.

What cornfed describes is the classic adverserial approach between industry and unions. Unions say we want more money before we work harder. Industry says be more productive and we will pay you more. It is based on demands go up and money must come down. It has led to the demise of industry in the west and industry heading offshore.

What works better is where all have an interest in generating a profit, if that profit is shared with employees. Things like c
no guaranteed 13th cheque or christmas bonus. There is a share of profits, and a bigger share to those who exceeded targets. Such bonuses can be bigger than a 13th cheque. Those that don't make targets, no annual increase either.

Training courses, conferences etc can also be used as a reward for exceeding targets.

The military also works like that. No guaranteed promotion. Only those that stand out and show leadership get ahead. No unions or demands or confrontation. If you dont perform and get passed over enough they work you out, or give you duties to make you quit.

It is two ways of expressing the same thing. The trouble now is that the elite is running things as if they are going out of business in five years and screwing everyone for some reason, and then people wonder why workers also aren't so great.

Let's get specific. Which company offers an 'implied promise of advancement"? What materials do they give out that imply a promise of advancement. If you THINK the company should promote you, that doesn't mean the company promised you anything. Companies pay low wages because they can get the skills they need at those wages. If you have a post that a talking monkey with a high school diploma could fill, the wages are going to be low. If you have a special post that requires special skills, you will pay higher wages for that. If you are the owner and you see a hard-working worker with few job skills who is honest, etc., you will likely promote him before you would the worker who doesn't do his best because he thinks the wages are too low.

You are responsible for your own life. You are responsible for developing your own job skills. You can take courses yourself. You can get degrees yourself. If you are a US citizen who hasn't gone certain types of convictions and you haven't defaulted on student loans, you likely could borrow money to get a degree or vocational training. There are opportunities. White men can borrow money, too.

Way back when, there were a lot of manufacturing jobs in the US. The competition wasn't as stiff because the Asian economies hadn't developed yet, except for Japan, who lost WWII. England and Germany had been bombed. The US had lent money to Europe and they were paying us back which drove the dollar down. We were exporting a lot of goods. Factory jobs were good jobs back then. We live in a different global economic situation.

No one should be surprised if the workers who aren't so great are the first ones to get laid off. You are responsible for your own life. Don't depend on one employer. Save money. Talking monkeys without even a high school diploma get very good wages. Check out BEE. Our highest paid person only has standard 8 education and is not qualified, cant use a computer, and can only talk rubbish. He is the CEO. He doesnt come in to work, does nothing and manages nothing and brings in no work. BEE states that 35% of a company shareholding must be black. That means blacks demand high salaries for doing nothing except selling their skin.

Just about every business has one of these talking monkeys as a figure head. If not the labour court comes after you. So talking monkeys get paid well. If they are black.

Where does their salary come from since they generate nothing? Form what used to be profits to share with workers. As a result end of year profit share evaporates into the paws of parasitic talking monkeys.

Ive had a few run ins with the labour court because the company is all white when you walk in. When they threaten us we just call in our talking monkey to come in in suit and his fancy car.

They dont care about blacks getting skills or earning their keep. All they care about is lining black pockets for doing nothing except living off whitey.

BEE is Black economic empowerment, or legalised theft from whitey. It is an encompassing form of affirmative action to take from whitey and give to darkie. It has a series of laws:

It forces businesses to consider the race of any potential applicant instead of making decisions purely based on qualifications and experience, hence race is often the determining factor in finding employment. To avoid that, whitey must have skills that darkie can't do.

BEE has also caused a brain drain, where the qualified white expertise emigrating to countries where they would not be discriminated against. That's a lot harsher and more discriminatory than any kind of affirmative action I've heard of in the US. It looks like state-enforced discrimination against minorities. It looks like it's designed to drive white people out. If they want to keep the whites around, they should come up with something more symbiotic, or at least if they are going to bleed whites, just do it a little.

The could do it in a less subtle way by just taxing companies and giving out money for education and other benefits.

They do tax whitey as well and give out money. In a nation of 53 million, 17 million receive social grants. And these have dependents. 75% of the nation lives on handouts. Care to guess their race?

It is clear to see the Judaizing way of ethics and doing things has poured itself in and...corrupted entire countries ways of doing things.If you want a stable country you need hard workers. If you want hard workers you need solid, good morals and ethics.
The other problem is that there are tons of whites - especially younger whites who are young and impressionable or who are just starting out, seeing all this corruption and lack of value around them in the world; why work when everyone else is not, why bust my ass and be honest when the whole country is falling apart.

That is a valid sentiment. And unfortunately, it's realistic. I don't blame Cornfed for that problem, I've faced it too. The truth is...............it's not going to work. You have to continue to keep supporting and maintain a backbone and producing. You can't give up, even if parasitism exists - because that's the only option. What else are you going to do?
Just give up, and accept handouts? ........like everyone else, and contribute to a blustering miserable state of affairs we see today.

Yes, fascism/National Socialism is what works and to the extent they were copied in the West (and they were extensively copied between about 1945-1975) is where the West succeeded.

Often it is the best workers who are the first to get laid off as they are employed solely for being good workers (as opposed to being AA hires, corporate whores or whatever) so the moment a machine or third world coolie can do their job for a few cents cheaper they are cut loose. This makes sense in the short term but in the long term disincentivizes people from bothering to be good workers. This is where the government used to step in and solve the problem. Since this no longer happens, workers are going to increasingly suck. It is simple cause and effect.

Often he is. The workers are being paid welfare. Their kids are getting free schooling etc. Someone else is paying their share of the cost of infrastructure etc. If this were not the case the employers’ business model wouldn’t work. The employers are effectively on the dole.

I'll give an update on this story. I got 3 serious candidates. I got an American and an Iraqi immigrant to Canada from the reddit ad. And I got a Mennonite from advertising on a Mennonite forum. The Mennonite asked me about the morality of my businesses and I was honest with him and he turned down the job. The American scheduled a Skype interview and failed to show up and then said that he forgot and wanted another interview. Of course I didn't respond to the irresponsible idiot. The Iraqi was the best but he said he couldn't leave his job but he could handle my requirements anyway. I hired him and it looks like he can't really handle both jobs. So in case this fails, as I expect it to, I am looking again. But I learned a key lesson from my last search which is that Westerners are just worthless scum, absolutely unemployable degenerate morons. So now I am making connections in China so that I can hire Chinese.
