Not at all true. While leftist blacks do try to guilt whites into submission and concessions, riots like the Freddie Gray riots in Baltimore were about BLACK cops, a BLACK Chief of Police, a BLACK District Attorney, and a BLACK Mayor. It is far more about socioeconomic class than it is about race, but that gets lost on most people because of how the media portrays it.

As a real answer: I think it has to do with any number of things looking like being a "bitch-ass nigger" to them. Any kind of forethought, attention to detail, or even doing shit that DOESN'T piss off other people (whether it's specifically for that reason or not). There's a massively overdeveloped sensitivity to whatever is reminiscent of slavery & they either see it as being a "slave" to give a f**k about that stuff or they just think they should get a pass on being an asshole because of slavery. Weird thing is that they never blame the Africans for that (though it still goes on black-on-black) & they never blame the Arabs/muslims for that (though it still goes on).

Another possibility is not having good parenting. The father's usually not around, so they might not be getting the role model or the ass-whupping they might deserve. Also, the mother might be an arrogant hypocrite that beats them half to death for doing the slightest thing wrong (so they don't give a shit about the general subject). Permissiveness from other people (at least whites) might be a third factor.

On top of all of this- if they've already been to jail, they likely don't have many prospects & they just don't give a shit. Could be a negative return from unfair conditions on that level (especially if they just got rubber-stamped as the bad guy because they were black- sometimes people take opportunistic shots when they're in a position to mar someone's life & they can always subconsciously figure that it's one less chance THEY'LL go to prison, which they fear).
