Will there ever be a Men's Rights Movement?

I have considered myself an MRA (Men's Rights Activist) for sometime now and I frequent websites like A Voice for Men and Men's News Daily and watch youtubers like Bernard Chapin and manwomanmyth and read blogs and all that but one thing that I can't get past is that the movement doesn't seem to be growing. When people hear of a Men's Rights Movement they tend to laugh and ridicule it because they have been so socially conditioned into doing so. So my question is as follows: Do the users of this site think that one day there will be a full-fledged Men's Rights Movement in USA/Western countries or is the feminist control over the government, media, and minds of these countries so great that a full-fledged Men's movement is near impossible?

No. Men are taught from birth to "suck it up" or "be a man." No one wants to hear a bunch of men crying about not having rights or what not. Many people are laughing because many of them will say, "Huh? What do you mean you have no rights? You are the ones that created laws!"

So, no, the MRA will not happen. The reason why feminism worked so well is because we automatically feel sympathy for women. They are always the victims of something. No one feels sorry for a man.

You just have to live your life, your way. That's more powerful. I now I sound pessimistic, but this is the truth.

With how every movement seems to get corrupted and stupefied I'm actually afraid of when men will get a group even close to what feminists have.

Anglo women don't like reality, are never satisfied and are never grateful for what they have! Reminds me of my sister!

There will never be a men's rights movement, but the reason isn't the strength of feminists or the confusion of masses. The reason is that MRAs themselves are completely dysfunctional and unable to to cooperate on anything. If you are looking for a movement to counter feminism, I suggest a patriarchal religion like Anabaptists or Orthodox Judaism, and I say that as an atheist.

FEMINIST, sounds sweet doesn't it.

I think over 50% of the success of feminism lies in the name alone. People are stupid, women are especially gullible and still don't understand feminism means the destruction of femininity. The vast majority of women who identify as feminists whether they passively or actively engage in the movement, got in purely because of the name. At least that's what I believe. I hear some of the smarter feminsts (like Christina Hoff Sommers) discussing how the movement was "hijacked". Um, excuse me? Hijacked? How far in denial do you have to be to come to that conclusion. It was started by the CIA and was never about liberating anyone.

Unfortunately they can't get that through their thick heads, all because of the name. They want to believe in the illusion, the way it is advertised not the way it really is. Same goes for PETA, Greenpeace, and all those other radical groups which are funded by the same evil industrialists they're supposed to be fighting. And who doesn't want to help women, puppies, and whales. Except the movements are about nefarious agendas not helping the weak.

When you think about this reality, you realize just how f***ing stupid and liable to manipulation people are. Ask a crowd of feminsts how many would of joined the movement if it were called misandry-movement or anti-men movement or anti-motherhood brigade or androgyny association or the female full-time workers of america or anything else for that matter. Only the lesbians and nuts would join.

Online, we did have a good thing going up until around 2008-2010. There was a lot more unity back then, when the "movement" only consisted of a few early adopters. A greater sense of camaraderie existed, there was much less infighting, it was much less cliquish, and you didn't have a cult-like culture centered around sociopaths like Roissy in DC. Nowadays, I can't be bothered with the types of assholes who have infested the "movement" (if that's what you want to call it). I have better things to do with my time.

One way to fight back against feminism is to not have children in the feminist coutries. If we men don't have children, that's one less weapon women can use against men! I am a proud listen of the Tom Leykis archives.

Couldn't said it better myself!!! The deck is stacked against us men. Your only power is to vote with your actions ie marry a foreign bride, move abroad, avoid marriage etc. I'm CONSTANTLY surprised how many women have no idea the western man is fed up. Their clueless. As long as they have two pairs of breasts and a vagina, they are highly coveted by men. Marriage for them is like an etch-a-sketch; don't like the marriage? Only takes a few months to end it and find a new sucker. The western woman could care less if their men are happy or not. Welcome to the "Me-Generation."
