Should women be allowed to fight in frontline combat?

Should women be allowed to fight alongside men in the frontlines or is their presence too distracting for the men during combat situations?

Women are paid and promoted the same rates as men so they should be REQUIRED to serve in the most hazardous military roles.

Right now, women are privileged in the military in that they are protected by virtue of gender. Such is unjust.

BTW, make their asses register for the Selective Service too!

haha woman in combat!!! i think i just sharted myself.

unlike brave men....woman are born without a self sacrifice chromosome & will never risk their own ass to protect a fellow soldier....

theyre raised as a priviledged gender and will leave good men to suffer and die on the battlefield if its between them and breaking their nails or smearing their make up.

FACT: most woman cant throw a grenade far enough to NOT blow themselves up!

i think putting woman in war is a politically fueled failed effort that will end up killing many many men unnecessarily and is likely a ploy to weaken our military to allow ushering in global governance...

I am sure there are some courageous women out there who don't fit the stereotypical "barbie" female.

What about those G.I Jane types that are ripped as hell? They seem to be in condition to kick some ass. Why not let them fight?

The military has strict rules prohibiting romantic relationships on the battlefield.

An American citizen, regardless of sexual orientation or gender, should be allowed to sacrifice themselves to protect the nation.

I don't think this is true if it's an absolute last resort situation. Women were pretty instrumental in defending and doing things like sniping and laying down traps during the Siege of Leningrad. American women are pretty ruined though. I don't think the idea of community or duty has the same meaning with American women. So yeah it might not work for American women but women of other nationalities who haven't been ruined by feminism it would work.

You've obviously never been in the military before. Let me tell you from experience, women soldiers are notorious for being sluts and for constantly hitting on male soldiers-even if they're married. Also, rapes and sexual assaults occur frequently in the military. Women soldiers will only distract the male soldiers in the battlefield. What do you think is going to happen to women soldiers in combat when they are captured by enemy soldiers? Think rapes, and other brutal sexual assaults.

As for rules of prohibiting romantic relationships--of course they exist in the military, but they are frequently broken anyway. Men are naturally hard-wired to be looking for sex, so putting women in combat zones will only lead to more instances of rape and sexual activities.

You're wrong. I've dated girls who were in the military. They told me all the stories - gang bangs in the marine barracks, girl prostituting on a naval ship. These chicks can rack up serious dough and pay their house mortgage in full. Greedy sluts.

These women should be fighting on the battlefield, rather than slutting it up on the base. They're wearing the uniform, they should serve it honorably by putting their life on the line. They shouldn't get a free pass.

Why are you blaming women for getting raped? That's classic blame-it-on the victim mentality. Guys can easily crack under the pressure of torture. It's about mental and emotional toughness. Women should stop being lazy whores at base and go out on the field and kick some ass for their country.

If they send the ugly feminist lesbian bitches to the frontline, then it is not only a very wise decision, but also a smart strategic move. Imagine the situation of the poor enemy soldiers who have to face hordes of horrible feminazis!
While this fighting is going on, the nicer women soldiers have leisure to keep our men happy behind the lines.

I agree, why should 97% of the American soilders who die in wars be men and only 3% be women? Women have been getting off scott free for years now and SHOULD have to serve on the front lines.

I thought feminists were about equality? Well, serve on the front lines and then you will be equal with men in combat.

none of you guys have ever heard women and children screaming in pain. Crying for help in combat zone. You've no idea how much it weights down on a good mans soul, a good soldier. We'll take unnessary risk to keep them safe or get them out of trouble. And many of us will die to protect them. Even an Feminutzi whore. We are men and we are wired differently. Real man will do something about it. It's very counter productive, and the selfish feminutzi will get us men kill in battle.

Over 20 years ago, when I was just a private, I remember reading a military journal. The article talked about an experiment that a Canada did. I don't remember how many females participated, but I remember the statistic. Only 1 out of 40 participant women were able to meet the same requirement as men for combat duty. 1 find one out of 40 is not economically sound.

After the Desert Storm, at then JCS General Powell commissioned a research. I was a only a specialist when this was done. Infantry platoon I was part of were interviewed as many other combat branches. and we did not want to server with women, this was in late 1992. We men were different then compare to the new political Army. I even voice my finding of the Canadian research. I do know that several months after, women in combat zone topic was dropped, and they were relegated to combat suport, like driver. But were to be out of direct combat zones. and it needs to stay that way. or it will get many good men killed.

Also.
Yes there were many women who served during Stalingrad. But dont forget, how many men had already died before women were participating in larger numbers. There simply wasnt enough men alive for the job duing the seige.

Why must so many men die, so that only few women who are able to meet the minimum requirment can say they are just as good as a man in combat.

Dont let the artificial gender war cloud your mind. Divide and conquar is the oldest strategy in the text book. Live as Real MAN. Dont be part of the statistic.
