Discuss Anti-Feminism, Men's Rights and Misandry.
In the wake of the recently discussed Ohio University false rape case, which highlighted how men are presumed guilty of some mystically awful crime based solely on some lying skank's allegation, no matter how utterly ridiculous the allegation might be, I thought it might be a good time to ask this question. Even in the tiny minority of rape cases where a rape actually occurred, why is this such a big deal? Some Western skank's toxic, flaccid orifice gets used one more time than she anticipated, and this is supposed to be the crime of the century? It seems like the main crime is one against good taste. Why does it warrant punishment beyond perhaps a nominal fine?
I've given my thoughts on why the pigs pretend rape is a big deal in this thread:
Perhaps people who think rape actually is a big deal might like to explain their position. What harm is done to society? (And pleeze, lets not go on about the skanks' hurt feelings. I care about the feelings of Western skanks as much as any of them care about mine, which is to say not at all). And why is it thought that females should whimsically choose who to have sex with anyway, when their choices are consistently disastrous?
Your question is perfect timing, I just found this.
Rape Is Often Post Sex Regret

Oh sure. I was thinking more of Western sluts. The Bible says that if you rape a chaste woman you should pay her father a sum of money to compensate him for the devaluation of his asset and offer to marry her. That makes sense. Obviously raping a married woman is the serious crime of adultery, but then so is consensual sex with one. Many cultures would hold that using force to get a married woman to have sex with you is a mitigating factor compared to seducing her since it doesn't involve corrupting the woman.
I've wondered the same thing. Why does rape traumatize a woman or girl so much? Are they really traumatized or just exaggerating? If she is a slut, what is the big deal with another notch on her belt even if it's forced upon her? Yeah it may be violating and morally wrong, but why is it treated like the crime of the century? Why are rapists treated like the most evil person that ever existed? How is it any worse than pickpocketing someone or robbing a 7-11? Why isn't it a misdemeanor instead?

It's a violation of another persons freedom. Yes, rape does traumatize women more than some of you guys here can possibly imagine...obviously.
How would YOU like to be raped by some male monster? Would you like that? Would it not traumatize you? I know some of you see most women as you'd see a common dog, but why do you get to be the judge of who is good and who is not? Must a woman be a virgin for her to be "chaste"? What about women who wanted to find the one but who are constantly cheated on and left? I know, I know....these woman should know better than to date or sleep with THOSE guys. What makes YOU guys any better than them? I doubt most of them would think rape was OK. Some of you guys just LOATHE the fact that women don't like you. Get the f**k over it! Why does one HAVE to like someone that they have ZERO attraction for? What if she only likes one race? What if the girl is lesbian? Does she not have those rights? It's like some of you don't think that females are even human with basic human rights. That is where you go off the deep end.
My gf fears getting raped more than she fears being killed....no exaggeration whatsoever. If someone, ANYONE, were to try to rape her or anyone I cared for....it would be the very last thing they did. I'd extinguish them without a bit of mercy...
This thread is f***ing ridiculous and some of you guys are just plain f***ed up. Do you guys even have sisters or mothers?
Go f***ing move to Congo or some other place where they act like animals and rape women regularly. You'd fit right in...

Boo freaking hoo. People's freedom gets violated all the time.
Lol, assuming she isn't just yanking you, perhaps she should carry a cyanide around in her mouth so she can do herself a favor by offing herself if someone tries to f**k her without first indulging in 15 minutes of scripted PUA bullshit. What a stupid, crazy bitch.
Are YOU virgin? If not, you are a f***ing hypocrite. If you are not a virgin, then I suppose it's perfectly OK for some monster MALE to rape you then? You are a f***ed up, bitter little man Cornfed. I hope you are all talk and not serious. If you are serious and you do try to rape someone, I hope there is a real man around to show you permanent darkness. Yes, freedom gets violated all the time but that doesn't make it OK to contribute to it.
Not a valid comparison, but I guess we could try to put ourselves in the victim's shoes. Imagine you are in bed with you girlfriend. She suggests you have sex. You decline and go to sleep. You wake up a few minutes later and she is having sex with you. Now, the feminists and pigs define that as rape - or at least they would if the genders were reversed. Would you think you would be highly traumatized and require years of counseling, and that your girlfriend should spend a decade or two in prison followed by being registered as a sex offender and run out of every town as a dastardly rapist so she has to spend the rest of her shortened life eating cat food in a trailer in the desert? I'm guessing not.
Lol, you white knighting manginas crack me up. No doubt the men-hating skanks whose "virtue" you want to protect have a good laugh at you as well.
First off, why would you be so desperate and pathetic to have sex with someone that doesn't want to have sex with you? If she turned me down, I'd leave. If she was my gf and she started to do that regularly, I'd break up with her. Why stick around for someone that doesn't desire you sexually? You just f***ing LEAVE...you don't violate their personal decision about their own body.
I will agree with you that some drunk woman who invites a man into her home and then f***s him has no right to cry rape. She spent hours with the guy, invited her back to her place and gave in to having sex willingly. Crying rape due to regret is criminal IMO. That is a different scenario. She has no right to screw someone else over due to her own decision. She can get mad, shun the guy or whatever, but she has no right to cry rape. I worked in nightclubs in the casino and taking girls up to their rooms was forbidden for that very reason. A woman could invite us up, cry rape and then sue the resort/casino. Of course, the employee would also be fired even if nothing could be proven. The minute you walk into the door and out of the view of the cameras in the hallway, was the minute you could be screwed. That scenario, unfortunately, has happened many times in many resort/casinos. I took the risk (several times) and no one ever cried rape....thankfully.
Women don't laugh at me. They only get mad when I turn them down. I'm very picky and I've always been able to be. Age = Karma for American women. Don't hate on them too bad as they are going to have a hellish time in the future....lol. Men have a longer shelf life than women, in general.
Forcible rape is a violent act that is indefensible. Saying it is alright because they have had sex with other men is like saying it is alright for you to try and beat the shit out of an amateur boxer in the streets because he consents to fighting all the time, what harm is one more going to cause? There are many things that can traumatize an individual when they are forced to do them. Many soldiers kill every day and don't bat an eye, but if you put a gun in my hands and forced me to shoot someone innocent it would f**k me up for life.
The mental consequences of an action depend highly on the context. I find that people who view sex as nothing more than an act of getting off and self gratification, the sort that frequent hoes and never develop an emotional attachment to women, tend to be the ones that view rape as not a big deal. When your context for sex is that it is a transactional act, you just view the woman as getting ripped off since she is getting nothing for the act, which to you isn't a big deal because you think her services are overvalued anyway. You might even view it as justice for her lifetime of setting her sexual price to high for you to afford. To those of us that view sex from an emotional perspective, as an act that solidifies an emotional bond between a couple, rape is viewed as a great intrusion of one's personal intimacy. It is revolting for reasons that are complex and difficult to describe, which I suppose boil down to a great violation of one's ability to make a choice about whom to share the most intimate parts of themselves with, both in vulnerability and in the physical sense. There is reason rape is one of the oldest forms of torture, after all.
There is a massive problem with rapes being falsely reported, but real rape that involves the use of force or coercion is a terrible thing. If you disagree with this statement, perhaps one day you will have the pleasure of dealing with your wife, sister, or mother getting raped and just telling them is no big deal.
Edited to remove about six typos. Autocorrect really wrecked the original version of this post, kudos to anyone that even half understood the gibberish my phone spat out.

Why don't u go on yr ladies forum and ask them?
Well listen pal, I'm definitely no mangina but rape is a serious issue and you're treating it like it's the same as getting a cold.
False rape accusers deserve to be punished harshly. But this issue and actual rape are separate and it's hard to believe men here haven't got a clue why "it's such a big deal to get raped." I knew some men were clueless but this is beyond clueless.
1) How bout some dude rapes you and splits your asshole wide open? Is rape okay then?
2) How about some dude pile drives your mother's snatch and rapes her till she shits the bed? Is it okay then?
3) How about if some dude comes in with a .357, sticks the gun up your ass and proceeds to beat the piss out of your girlfriend and f**k her until she's unconscious.
The level of f***ing stupidity in this thread is unfathomable.
Problem is rape is applied way too broadly as a blanket term and any act which falls under that umbrella (as long as it's male on female) tends to get universally condemned very harshly in most parts of world. However, if a guy gets ass raped, well that tends not to fall under the umbrella so its funny you mention that case.
I've read stats which suggest 1 out of 4 college women claim to have been raped, often at frat parties and the like.
This thread is not stupid. Winston brought up something which I've thought about long ago. Men get ass raped all the time by the concept and how its perceived and enforced. There's totally false accusations, cases where guys get too aggressive and go too far in the act when woman changes mind last minute (guilty but not to the tune of decades behind bars and life ruined), etc. I know a couple cases where guys got screwed over (one in States and one overseas) over some bitches accusations.
Yes, the violent, extreme, heinous cases should get extremely harsh punishment, I agree. But so should violent muggers against other men and all other violent offenders.
There's a lot of nuances to the concept of rape which should be distinguished by justice systems.
