yes, they popular in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and now also in Poland. Yet they are less popular in these countries than Lady Gaga or some other russian and ukrainian girls-bands, such like ViaGra or NikitA. By the way, SEREBRO represented Russia on Eurovision 2007.
