I thought having one or two babies was a HS graduation requirement for some groups of girls...

Well...as usual, the NYT is about a few years behind the curve in reporting the news, LOL! Anybody with a brain could see this has been happening throughout the U.S.A. for while now--and even when I was a teen (in the 80s and 90s)--it was just starting to become a big problem back then.

I do agree with zboy1 it was a problem back in the late 1980s to now. The gov did not care about it since most illegal migrants work for companies who avoid paying them a reason buck to save money on benefits and can contact INS or ICE to get them deported.

Outwest has a point about Mexican or other women in Central America having children. Usually because of the 13th Amendment, there is a legal loophole where the mother will be able to stay to take care of her child and thus you have this way to become a strain on the system.

Also children of unmarried parents usually are the ones (normally) are the deliquents of society today.

NYT is always behind the curve and putting this article out now tells the truth in being in the clouds about it for too long.

In the long-run, the winners will be any country that promotes a healthy family structure, as this has always been the bedrock of a successful civilization. I would only raise children in such a culture.

Yes...captures it well. Often illiterate in multiple languages, low IQ masses, whose appetites in life
usually do not extend beyond basic body body functions, are winning the breeding wars. Of course
this has been subsidized by government types so that hordes of "low information" voters
can easily bought by promises of free chicken or some-such.
