Share your interesting dreams here

Post by Winston »

This thread is for sharing any interesting or meaningful dreams you have.

Here is one i had this morning. It was so vivid.

Wow i just had the most amazing dream. The kind you never want to wake up from. I was with this gorgeous blonde girl in her house. Sleeping on her bed and kissing her breasts and hugging her. She said all the right things. She was so tender and caring and affectionate.

The windows from all four sides of her house had gorgeous colorful scenic views. I was about to get my phone and take photos of the view. I felt so loved. She looked like a young version of christie brinkley. She wanted me to go away with her and be with her on her business trips. Wow. At one point i knew i was dreaming when i became half awake but i didnt want to wake up. I wanted to continue it for longer. It was so vivid. Felt so good. Felt so happy...... Dang. Amazing. Unbelievable. Thats the kind of dream that makes you feel like you've lived..... O:-)

Well if you practice your lucid dreaming techniques you could have this all the time, LOL! How do you think I retained my sanity in the sex-desert-prison USA? There are tons of sites that show you techniques to master lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is way cheaper than using hookers here and you can be with supermodels, celebrities, chicks you once knew, etc. One thing that helped me a lot at first was galantamine (supplement).

People say that is spoiling or corrupting, but I don't think so. Really I just see it as a more advanced form porno, like a holodeck or something. I guess it could be negative if you made a dream character that was a clone of some ex and became obsessed with her or something.

Hi everyone. I has a really weird and enlightening dream last night. I dreamed there was this big bookshelf containing all the books on spirituality, higher truth and esoteric teachings that i read. Then as i added more books to the bookshelf, something weird began to happen. The physical world around me began to collapse and disappear. Eventually the physical books on the shelf began vanishing as well.

It was as if the dream was saying that the more knowledge and wisdom and truth i attain, the less real reality becomes, until i escape the physical dimension altogether. Lol. Thats how i interpreted it anyway.

The dream was so interesting that i continued with it, even though by then i realized it was a dream and hence it became a lucid dream. (Which i have periodically) For a while i watched the reality around me, including the books, vanish one by one. It was like an enlightening vision or revelation or some sort. :)

This was a dream I had several years ago. At least I presume it was a dream. I had been reading a book on astral projection, so early the following morning while still half asleep I decided to give it a try. I projected myself to a house I had lived in while in college in a certain city. I walked through the closed front door, finding myself on the other side, then walked up the stairs. I realised that I was in the wrong house because there were two doors rather than one on the wall the stairs faced, but it may have been a house a short distance up the street. One of the doors was ajar so I walked in. There were three young men sitting at a table eating breakfast. They all looked at me. I was surprised and said “Can you see me?” No reply. I asked the question again lower and one of them said “Yes!” In an irritated tone. I then remembered an instruction from the book that if you wanted to return to your body during astral projection you could wiggle your big toe. I said “Hey watch this”, wiggled my big toe and instantly was wide awake. Probably lucid dreaming rather than astral projection, but still an interesting experience.

LOL. Yeah I've had dreams where I was having great sex too. They are the worst kind of dreams to awake from, knowing that the intense pleasure you were having and bliss, was just a dream! It's so disappointing to finally live your fantasy, and then wake up because you have to pee or something. I hate that. So disappointing. The sex felt so real too. You could sense the tactile touch and kissing and skin and all.

However, even when I lucid dream, I can't control what appears or what happens. It's not like I just want something to appear and it does. At least not in my lucid dreams. I've tried that already. All I can control is my movement in the dream. But imagining something doesn't make it appear. Does it work that way in your lucid dreams? If it did, of course I would immediately imagine the girl of my dreams and then make love to her. lol

If there was some way to be more in control of a lucid dreams, then I guess yeah we could do what you say. lol

I also have flying dreams a lot. They feel so real and are so exciting when you are flying in the air. Do any of you have them too? They are also disappointing to wake up from, because the powers of flight you thought you had, turned out to be imaginary and not real. At least not on the physical plane. But during the dream, you feel like you have attained the ability to fly and have proven to yourself that it works, and you can't wait to show everyone, only to wake up from it.

I heard that usually artists and creative people or people with higher consciousness have flying dreams a lot.

I also have telekinesis dreams in which I can move objects like Luke Skywalker does in Star Wars with the Force. They are also very real and exciting, and disappointing to wake up from when you realize you don't have the powers you experienced in the dream after all. Other truthers I know report have telekinesis dreams too. Maybe freethinkers tend to have them. Maybe we were powerful beings who had such powers in our pre-Earth existence.

I also have some dreams involving Buddhist monks. Like I will be on a bus to Las Vegas and excited and seeing all the things outside at night, which look like a space age world or something. And then on the bus suddenly I'm surrounded by Buddhist monks in red cloak. I wonder if that means I am meant to be on a spiritual path or something.

Or I will see a vast valley or land full of Buddhist monks in red robes, kind of like the scene from the movie "Lost Horizons" of Shambalah, the hidden paradise in the Himalayas. Then when I park my car and try to enter the paradise with the monks in it, I can't, because of some trivial thing, like I have no money for the parking fee or entrance ticket or something. So I am blocked from entering. My mom interpreted that as meaning that I am not ready yet to enter the Buddhist paradise. lol

I also have had many dreams where I go to the top of a building or skyscraper, only to find the top floor empty and barren, resulting in disappointment. I wonder what that means. Maybe it's saying that ego desires result in emptiness.

I've also had many dreams where I'm back in school and always failing the classes or in the wrong classes and then getting lost and can't find my way around the campus. Or living in everlasting school with no way out and feeling angry and frustrated that I haven't graduated yet after all these years and am still in school, like school is a hell that I can't get out of it. Those are very anxiety provoking.

I just has a scary dream last night where I was surrounded by lions who wanted to attack me. Someone helped me and shot them for me. One was biting me and wouldn't let go too. It was pretty scary. I looked up the dream dictionary and it said this:

http://www.dreammoods.com/dreamdictionary/l2.htm
To dream that you are attacked by a lion suggests that a force may be driving you to self-destruction. You need to overcome these challenges and obstacles.
That's true. As I've said before, there are forces against me, both inner and outer, which manifests often in murphy's law and other obstacles.

I've had a number of dreams where I watch a plane in the sky suddenly explode and everyone screams in horror and shock. These dreams seem so real and vivid, like I'm seeing a real plane explode and crash in a burning fireball. When I dream this I can't believe it's just a dream since it seems so real. Any of you have this too? Here's the interpretation of it.

https://dream-meaning.net/life/airplane ... pretation/
Dream About Airplane Crash or Hijack

To dream that a plane crashes and going down suggests that you have set overly high and unrealistic goals for yourself. The crashing dream can either be a witness or if you are a part of it. The place of the crash can reflect the type of emotions that you feel about your failure. Crashing into the water suggests deep regret and emotion. When the plane explodes and crash into the land burning with fire may represent senses of anger and rage.

When the plane crashes during ascending or climbing, it suggests that your goals may be too high and are impossible to realize. You are in danger of having your hopes and dreams come crashing down.

If the plane crashes during normal air flight or a malfunction, the dream suggests your lack of confidence, self-defeating attitude and self-doubt caused your own downfall.

Dreams about plane crashing due to unexpected events such as strong turbulence, weather conditions, or even weapons such as missiles, can mean that unexpected events or accidents may turn your life up side down.

To dream that an airplane is hijacked signifies disturbing feelings and past emotions in your subconscious mind. You are easily manipulated or swayed by negative thoughts or opinions implanted by other people.

To witness an airplane falling from sky and feeling helpless or sad, can indicate that you are setting yourself up for failure. You have the predetermined notion of difficult challenge and failure, which you unintentionally sabotage your own efforts.

To survive a plane crash within your dreams suggests that you can survive through life’s every obstacles thrown at you.

Btw you guys might be able to relate to this. lol. Do any of you have dreams about a snake or serpent? If so, it means you are horny and badly in need of sex. lol. Even Freud said that too. See below.

https://www.auntyflo.com/dream-dictionary/snake
Snake.

What does it mean to dream of a snake? Sigmund Freud stated in his famous book that the snake is connected to our sexual energy.

Freud identified that a person's dreams are connected to their subconscious mind. So we can conclude that according to Freud the presence of a snake or serpent in your dream indicates that you need to have sex!

Daniel chapter six is about Daniel being forced into a lion's den and surviving by the power of God.

Snakes and serpents represent evil or the wicked one, the father of lies.

That's the traditional Christian interpretation, but I doubt that is applicable, especially since there are far older interpretations. Christianity is definitely NOT the only truth.

https://www.auntyflo.com/dream-dictionary/snake
What is the biblical meaning of a snake dream? If we turn to the Christian interpretation of the snake it is considered a dark omen, bringing evil and worry. But don’t take this literally! This interpretation is very much based on the fact that God created the snake for temptation and to gain knowledge from Adam and Eve. It is my belief that snake can often represent hidden fears in life.
In other ancient cultures, snakes represented something more positive. See examples below.

https://www.auntyflo.com/dream-dictionary/snake
What is the Chinese interpretation of dreaming of snakes? In the Chinese culture, the snake is connected to intelligence, mystery, and manipulation. Unlike Islamic and Christian meanings, the snake doesn’t have an evil connotation in the Chinese culture. If you see a snake in your dream, the Chinese interpretation of your dream is associated with your personal growth, inner strength and acquiring power in waking life. If you’re being attacked by a snake in your dream, it’s a sign of endurance and mental strength. Your dream reveals your preparedness to deal with unexpected challenges.

What did snakes mean in ancient cultures? Many ancient cultures viewed snake as a symbol of immortality because they believed snakes reincarnate themselves when changing their skin. They’re also associated with immortality because of their ability to bite their tails and form a circle without a problem. In the process of forming a circle it looks like they’re forming spirals, and we all know that spirals and circles symbolize eternity and immortality. The circle was seen as an important symbol to Dahomeyan myth where the snake Danh that was represented as a god, circled the world like a belt, preventing it from flying apart in splinters.

According to Egyptian myths, the state of existence before the creation of everything was symbolized as Amduat – snake from which Ra the Sun and all of the creation arose, returned every night, and were reborn each morning. The snake biting its tail symbolized the sea as the infinite ring which held the world tight. In Egypt, snakes have healing abilities and supernatural power. Egyptians actually believe that their gods manifest through snakes.

What do snakes mean in Christian traditions? As I have previously mentioned, a snake is seen as the Devil in Christian traditions because of her involvement in the baning of Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden. The Biblical story says that Adam and Eve disobeyed God by eating a forbidden fruit from the Tree of Knowledge. And the one tempting them to do it was a snake. First, Eve took a bite of the forbidden fruit which in the case was an apple, and then she convinced Adam to do as well. You probably know the rest. God banishes both of them from the Garden of Eden and curses the snake. Meaning, in Christian traditions, a snake is a manifestation of the Devil.

What do snakes mean in Greek mythology? In Greek mythology, snakes are respected creatures. They’re associated with healing and the ancient myth of Aesculapius, whose snake-familiars crawled across the bodies of sick people at night and licked them. This affected their health in a positive way. Allegedly, they were all waking up healed in the morning. In parts of South Asia, snakes are seen as possessing creatures with aphrodisiac qualities. According to myths in Greek culture, those who could not see or hear we're supposed to get licked on their eyes or ears by a snake in order to acquire back their sight and hearing.

What do snakes mean in Aztec tradition? The Aztec culture is one of the most mysterious but also most successful cultures around the world. And as in many cultures, the primary and crucial gods in Aztec culture were the snakes. They’re seen as symbols of health, creation, and vitality. Snakes played an important role in the Aztec culture that can be noticed in the surrounding buildings. The Coatepec or as many like to call it “hill of the serpents” is considered as holy ground. Allegedly, It’s the birthplace of the god Huitzilopochtli, which makes the ground sacred. Western cultures responded negatively to venomous snakes because, in the mind of people, snakes were dangerous and negative creatures. However, in Aztec culture, people admired snakes and their power to kill with their venom, instead of fearing them and their presence.
