Help wanted - forum UI

I am working on a new version of my old forum software and I am looking for someone who can help me with the UI. The old site is here:

The forum for work on the new software is here:

It would helpful if you know HTML, but this isn't necessary. If you don't know HTML, we need some way of communicating UI design.

We can discuss profit sharing for this project. By promoting this project though Nabble and by SEO (which I can do very effectively), it should become successful fairly quickly and generate a few thousand dollars per month of relatively passive income.
