The rest of the world is in a bit of a mess right now, and the US is rapidly (once again) becoming the most stable country financially in the world. China's housing bubble looks like it's going to drag the country into the ground, Europe and Britain are in a bad situation because of Brexit, cheap oil has devastated most oil producing nations, Japan is in its perpetual state of stagnation and deflation, basically we're all that's left so far as decent investment opportunities go for the moment.

I wouldn't be too thrilled about another crash- the next one will probably be quite devastating and unpredictable, the value of your cash might decline enough to make market gains... Difficult.

This is a truly MASSIVE problem.

The Chinese Yuan is linked to the US Dollar. With the US Dollar at these levels China has rapidly entered a financial crisis.

In the last month, China has:

1) Burned through over $70 billion defending the Yuan.

2) Had to halt trading in its multi-TRILLION dollar bond market.

3) Had to issue emergency lending to financial firms to keep them afloat.

ALL of these are linked to the US Dollar’s rise. And it’s lead the world to a very nasty situation.

China has a couple different options, NONE of them are pretty for the financial system.

The most obvious one would be a LARGE Yuan devaluation similar to the one that CRASHED stocks in August 2015 or January 2016.

As much as I monitor various conspiracy theories across multiple topics, this one's never come to fruition and the one's writing this have been predicting this since Obummer got elected. With Trump's election and pro business incentives for businesses and investors I don't think the dollar will be crashing anytime soon. I do predict other currencies will lose much of their value to the dollar, but that will be more their problem rather than ours. The insiders that pull the strings and levers behind the scenes are not going to let the dollar crash anytime soon IMO. If it is going to ever decline it will be a slow decline while they are forcing everyone to move to some kind of inevitable digital currency exchange backed by the USA and world governments. (probably roughly a 10 year time frame if this were to be implemented globally) Now this is probably more of a realistic scenario than the dollar crashing anytime soon. Other countries investors are going to invest in USA as it hedges their bets so America is going to be great again , at least temporarily, thanks to Trumps election.

Obama's mother wasn't Jewish, their family tree is readily available online at the New England Historical Society. You can also buy foreign stocks, which are cheaper in local terms than US stocks plus you get a bonus if the dollar ever reverts to the mean (i.e. falls relative to foreign currencies), as it likely eventually will. I'm heavily overweight foreign stocks for this reason. FATCA and FBAR plus the foreign government's rules, if any, are too much trouble for me and I don't like "investing" in metals.
