That there are so many blacks in Chicongo etc. is no doubt a large part of the problem. Keeping blacks as pets is an expensive hobby. Same with baby boomers. Blacks and Boomers are the white elephants of America.

That's true. Just ask the CEO of any pension company.

China, Japan, Europe, Australia and North America all have too many old people. Retired people spend 37% less and they don't pay taxes which will crash the economy.

While your waiting for that to happen you can buy a time share in Cook County...

Most people are inclined to believe that Illinois is an isolated case of financial mismanagement, they would be wrong. Its very likely Colorado and Washington state would be bankrupt by now if they had not legalized marijuana several years ago. Its a huge money maker that pays all the state salaries and pensions.

There are more people leaving Illinois than any other state. Also, there are more people moving out of Cook county (where Chicago is located) than any other county in the country.

No wonder why, Chicago has the highest murder rate of any city in the country. Also, Chicago has the highest sales tax rate of any city in the country and the highest parking fees of any city in the country. Illinois also has the second highest property tax rate of any state in the country.

The Illinois legislature just overrode the governors veto and voted to increase the individual income tax from 3.75% to 4.95%. Also, they raised the corporate tax rate from 5% to 7%.

Also, Illinois has the highest property taxes in America. Illinois already has the most people leaving than any other state in the country, just wait until these tax increases go into effect next year.
