Many things had changed since 2013, and cannabis question is still opened. I highly tolerate Cannabis Oil with dozens of it's benefits, but have no certain opinion about smoking marijuana. I think world needs a very detailed and professional investigation of this plant.
Here's my opinion on it. The current "War on Drugs" is doing far more damage to society than the legalization of cannabis will do. There are downsides to cannabis use, just as there seem to be very good upsides, but I care more about the overall damage to society being done. We have a great historical example in Prohibition, it did far more damage than good.
