Since basic welfare may be enough to live day to day on, but in many places is not enough to make irregular purchases for, say, appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines, it has been the policy of some welfare agencies to make interest-free loans to welfare recipients for such purchases. In my location the welfare agency has taken this a step further by acquiring their own in-house suppliers of many products, which the loan recipients are required to purchase with their loans.
On the face of it this makes sense. The welfare agency can actually undercut private retailers since they have no sales and marketing costs, no debt collection costs, minimal additional staff costs etc. They ensure their clients don’t get ripped off and get a good, serviceable product, which saves them from having to bail out the clients later. The problem is that such is the percentage of people on welfare these days that they are driving all other businesses selling these products into bankruptcy.
It occurs to me that this might be the intention. It may be that this will be the method that a somewhat literal form of communism is implemented. Government agencies with a captive market (first of those on welfare and then those who work for the government, contractors etc.) will have their purchases dictated to them item by item. Alternative suppliers will be driven out of business, so people not tapped into the system will not be able to buy the products at any price, not that they will have much money anyway. Eventually the whole concept of money will be abolished and people will simply be issued with whatever the PTB want them to have.

Isn't the concept of money a Jewish conspiracy, anyway?

Nice to see you are figuring this out oh great one, this is why you need a honest money system based on real productivity agreements. You see in communism they are just hunting for a dictatorship where they can rule forever. The credit monopoly has unlimited purchasing tickets to manage all aspects of the civilization as they see fit.
They walk the line between tenancy revolt and collapse, they have been working on this for well over a century to try and get it right so the masses fall for this herd n dupe system. These style dictatorships are simply for idiots and that is why they are lowering the mental bar. They do not care because they feel the smart people have already invented enough things where they are now doing a cut off and roundup of the herd and more than likely dispose of anybody who can think and ? their motives.
Fortunately Cornfed there is a ray of hope because the group of people who are currently breeding alot who can upset the ruling elites apple cart and equalize the odds with their proven metal prowess and expanding #'s is none other than the blackman !

The problem the welfare agency is dealing with is low IQ, about 15% of the population has an IQ below 85. These people have a great deal of difficulty navigating modern life and even something as trivial as a frig purchase is beyond there ability to execute successfully, its because saving money and delayed gratification is often unrealistic for them. Low IQ also means many more kids as they are not able to use birth control very successfully too. The welfare agency is applying a band-aid solution that will only work for the short term.
This is a big problem that no one will address and it will continue to grow. Higher IQ women are successful using birth control, the pill is having a massive impact on society.
I looked up "PTB" but can only guess what it means
