I read the book
I doubt hilary supporters will read it though. You might have to take the cover off then remove the title page. Then again, the name of the book is at the top left of every other page. I don't doubt it. The phasing out of the physical dollar started with the beginning of the credit/debit card. No doubt the woman was black.
