That wouldn't work because over time the losers would vote themselves government jobs with money looted from productive people who would eventually be reduced to living with their parents or whatever, so you would actually get an inversion of rational voting privileges. The point is that females, niggers, children etc. are all oriented to become useless parasites whether they actually are at a given time or not and so should be permanence debarred from voting.

Aside from the racist rant, requiring that a voter have filled out a tax return for the previous tax period is a reasonable requirement. It makes logical sense. But how would that be handled logistically without having to show your tax records? I suppose the IRS (in the US) could notify the states regarding who has filed, but then they would have power to withhold information and influence elections.

When you file don't you get a letter thank you you owe this much or we owe you so much? I get an email, an sms and a letter stating I have filed. You get another when you have paid or been paid. Take that when you vote just like you take ID. No need for an irs to notify a state.

The big problem would be the underemployed basement dwellers that pollute the Internet would not be able to vote and would whine even more about how oppressed they are.
