London, England

I'm now back living near to London, so if any HA'er is thinking of dropping by then give me a shout.

I know the city inside out, so can show you whatever you want to see.

Bring plenty of cash though - me and my friend paid over $7 for a beer in a city bar [pub]. Still, it was worth it for the leggy blonde waitress [barmaid]!

London is expensive, but no other city has such a diverse population. Plus it's a great place to study, or to experience a year abroad. Both of my new housemates are enjoying their own HA experience. One is from Cuba, the other from S Africa.
I was Happier Abroad for a while but Covid killed that off.

I'm near Gatwick Airport. Kind of a weird place to live, and quite a good follow-on from last year's mad travels.

I should start dating here as London is awash with hot ladies :). I need to research the theory that dating is better abroad.

I don't know what you mean by "the natives have had enough". For the best part of 20 years, London has always been a place for working (long hours), having a good bout of social/cultural life (museums and gallieries, gigs etc.) and commuting back to your house 180 minutes away from where you have the former. It grinds many to exhaustion, yet surprisingly enough most seem to bear the stress pretty well. I personally have love/rejection cycles every 6 months or so :)

I'm still here. I found a job, got fired after a month, then found another job.

Actually I found 2 new jobs, but for the first time in my life I turned one down. That felt pretty alpha.

Not done any dating here, OKCupid is a bust unlike those Asian dating sites. I was doing better on Chinese Love Links with UK based Chinese ladies, so I might give that a go again. To be honest I'm going to be pretty busy with my new job. I'm working on something for a company that is one of the 20 biggest in the UK so it will be good to put that on the resume.

Anyway, I do go to central London most weekends if anyone is around. I think Falcon is coming here some time.

While dating might be hard here, don't forget that London has some of the best sights in the entire world. We have dozens of famous buildings here, and art galleries stuffed with Monets, Manets, Picassos etc. etc. etc. World class art was missing in Asia (apart from in Tokyo).

A couple of weeks ago I went for a job interview in a company with offices opposite the Tower of London. That was pretty cool.

I hear a lot of the bloodlines who have been their for generations are getting out because the Queen and her buddies who are running the financial con job have done a number on the country with the immigration?

A good place to study? yaa if you like state sponsored socialist propaganda.

I am enjoying being back in London. I just shared a bottle of a wine with the South African girl who lives in my shared house. We both have interesting stories. We kept the Romanian immigrant guys awake, they haven't been here long enough to know that the UK runs on alcohol (night) and coffee (morning).

I work long hours (for Europe) but we have a lot of laughs in work.

This year has been as good as my HA year last year. Maybe everyone needs to mix there life up every few years. I do know that it's wrong to spend more than 5 years in one job.

that's non sense.... london is not the f***ed up US with its white flight, suburbias and intolerant ignorant assholes thinking there goes the neighborhood because a black family moved into the home down the block.

1. brits and europeans are not as mobile as americans.... if u were born in london chances are you'll live in london your whole life, unlike america where if u were born in indiana chances are you'll end up in california or some other place.

2. london is gigantic and central london is VERY EXPENSIVE, mostly full of businesses and banks and museums and stores (the only folks who live there are often hipsters and yuppies, or rich arab and russian multi millionaires.... everyone else goes to central london to work or party and then heads back to their home 100 miles out of the city.

london is very diverse its f***ing gigantic and is much more tolerant than america.... don't think of europe as some racially obsessed f***ed up place like america, it is not!

@Robert77,

So do you think that the UK said, "Damn. We were clandestine coy a.ssholes that imposed the world by our manifest-destiny of "The Sun Never Sets On The British Empire". So now we have to correct our wrongdoings and open the immigrant flood gates of the countries we'd oppressed. Now, we have chicken tikki aloo with naan even made by British Anglo-Saxon, Nigerian and Muslim people in their UK-citizen homes nightly now"?

S. African women loved me. I got the mixed-race ones all over me when they were visiting Houston while I was down there. That's the first time in my life I had mixed-race women jocking me. Mixed-race women here in the US of Gay rather "pick sides" as to what race they are instead of being themselves: mixed - and they rather date the race of the side they choose. Sad s.hit because there are some hot mixed-race women.

Contemporary singer Mya( I don't call her R&B because her voice is too friggin light) can get the "d[ick - my dick]" (she's half Black and half Italian-American)....Stacey Dash (although she's not fair-skinned, but she's still mixed-race)...she can get the "d" too. ¡Qué rica sea ella! :-D

But they rather revive the Jim Crow slave law and say that they are "Black" and date the "stereotypical" Black American man, and even more on the strength, most Black American men worship the "p[ussy]" as if the US greenback became worthless on foreign markets altogether overnight! - so that gives me competition in itself to try to court hawt, mixed-race women stateside.

I cannot understand why Mariah Carey and Halle Berry call themselves honorary Black women. Lena Horne and Paula Patton look like they were forced to join the "dark" side #ColorPunIntended That's them taking advantage of Black Americans looking for an identity, which is utterly horrid. Now real Black people have to compete with these women and men like me, which is superfluous and unnecessary-as-f.uck. Tommy Sotomayor has been perfectly explaining this phenomenon for years on-end now.

I like mixed-race women [over time because via my experiences, the "pure" W. African-descended, Black American women had wanted my sperm moneybags for too long now (that "blanqueamiento"/"mejorar la raza" (lightening the Black American race) that I just treat 'em as c.um dumpsters until they drop me and/or I drop them because that's the best I can do in the US of Gay when it comes to dating/screwing. It just grew leary onto me. It did a psychological number on me. LOL

I creep White American women out too easily because they employ such a puritanical undercurrent, which I I wear my dick on my sleeve because of my hawt Brasilian-Am blood. #TeamVazz.

I know, I know: immigrate to Brasil, Angola, S. Africa, or a less-feminized part of the Anglosphere (Can It? Duh!! is out of the question. Been there, done that, f.uck that (when it comes to becoming a citizen there)).

My neighbours had a party last night, so the Romanians have had 2 nights of bad sleeping.

I've just remembered that my SA friend showed me photos of a blasian guy - a result of an African woman encountering a Japanese guy. Anyway, I was told that the blasian guy is hugely popular with Chinese girls.
