Cebu girls are just as ugly. For some reason cebu bar girls think they are a class ahead of angeles city but really I was far more swindled by my cebu girl than angeles city. In angeles city you know what the girls are about cause its so obvious due to the atmosphere. In cebu and manila they might try to pullt he long term con on you more and act like they are different than those evil angeles city girls.
