Where should I go? Philippines? I don't know.

If you're set upon the Philippines I think filipinocupid has a lot more members, something like half a million as opposed to 75,000 on CB.

Well if there are only 75,000 members on CB, that means nearly every one contacted me

I used both, they are both good, though I did like CB a bit more.
