I heard this was a "fake North-Korean" documentary, ie. not North Korean at all, but produced by some extremist (leftist) group. I'm not sure about this, but in all honesty this really doesn't seem like something NK would produce.

I like NK.

The government doesn't spoil their citizens, they don't keep them in an illusion world, they don't blatantly lie to them, and they don't use them as scapegoats for their activities either.
