billy, some are desperate, some are not.

poor - desperate much
middle - kinda desperate
rich - not desperate

The breakdown:

poor - 70%
middle - 20%
rich - 10%

A rich girl would not go out with a poor guy, or poor girl with a rich guy. They do not mix, they might as well have lived in different planets. It sounds fcked up but it is a thirdworld society and the stratas are defined.

That's not such a bad ratio, IMO. If just 5% of Filipinas are quality women, then that just means that you have to date 20 of them before you find a good one. But it's no problem at all finding 20 women to date over there. As for the women being poor, what's wrong with that? That just means they'll love you all the more for having money to spend on them :D

I'd probably agree with those numbers. But this is why all guys that go online should be focusing on the 5% gems. This is why it's important to use your advanced search features so you can eliminate the 95%. Do know that gaining traction with the upper 5% will not be as easy. It may take months before you can find one that will talk to you but that's ok. Too many guys either get off the path or give completely.

Upper-class are landed bitches. This means they usually have networth in the $1M range. They basically do not have to work a single day of their lives.

Would you find an uppermiddle class girl in an online dating?????

The odds of that would be somewhere in 1 to a billion. Uppermiddle class is a closed strata. To date these girls is to be rich yourself or have access to the local network. Most guys in this forum are dating poor girls or middle girls at least. I would suggest to find yourself a middle class chick.

The poor girls usually become bar girls.

Thanks for your opinion but I have to disagree. The Philippines is a massively poor country. I'm referring to upper-middle and upper and not Top Tier. I can't help but think that multi millionaires in the Philippines would be the equivalent to what the Hilton's are here. Of course they are damn near impossible to get and rightfully so. But upper-middle to upper still have to work and theres nothing saying its impossible to cross over to other classes.

I remember I dated a girl I met from DIA. She took me out to a casino, blew 5k USD in one night, barely felt bad about it. Next thing I know she is flying around Malaysia, Europe, Macau, and Dubai (and these weren't business trips). She even offered to pay for me to go with her for a week at Boracay. She is a single mother but living in a poor country such as the Philippines, one can only fathom at how she is living a life that most Americans couldn't afford. I'm sure she wasn't a multimillionaire but she is still living a better life than 99% of what most filpinos live. Is that not considered an upper class female? 30%-40% of the philippines lives at the poverty level. Then you take the middle class nurses, engineers, doctors, small business owners, that are making 300-1500 a month. They probably make up another large percentage. The highest paying jobs tend to be pilots at around 2500-3500 USD a month. So I'm assuming to you, the only upper class girls are the ones whose families own large corporate businesses in the cities and around the region? Or celebrities or top stock investors. That is an incredibly small number so why even bother with these girls? Of course you aren't gonna be able to mingle with them. But I find these girls as Top Tier, and not simply upper class. It is also about how well you live within your means. My grandfather is a multimillionaire but lives in a very modest house, drives 30k cars and eats at Denny's. Doesn't mean he's not in the upper range of most of America.

And yes my current girl does own a mango and rice farm jusy FYI.

And here is my take on the percentages with regards to relevant cost of living (philippines has roughly 100 million inhabitants)

Extremely Poor: 20% 20 million people
Poor: 40% 40 million people
Middle: 25% 25 million people
Upper-Middle: 10% 10 million people
Upper:5% 5 million people
Top Tier: less than 1% less than 1 million people (millionaires)

The Philippines Government states that more than a 1/3 of country lives at or below poverty line. The poverty line is marked at around 17,000 pesos per year (roughly a dollar a day). In order to be self-sufficient economists generally state that one needs to live at 200% of that line, roughly 34,000 pesos. For arguments sake lets say 300% for a slightly better quality of life, 51,000 pesos. That equates to roughly 1,133 USD a year. The average nurse makes that in 4 months. So anything above that level generally would be considered middle class, with upper middle probably being around 2000%-4000% of that income. Now if we take cost of living into a factor than Manila will have higher incomes though will have a higher cost of living. Now that's not to say higher income individuals can't be poor. I understand certain factors such as debt can cause poverty.

Mguys stats

Poor: 70%
Middle: 20%
Upper 10%

So you are saying roughly ten million people are relative millionaires? America doesn't even have that many and we have the most millionaires in the world. Several sites I looked at had only 38,000 filipinos with net worth of 1 million dollars or more by year 2015. That = .038% of the population.

So what am I getting at here. That if you classify an upper class girl as her wealth is around 1 million as mguy stated, than that leaves a whole lot of the population with less than that and we simply know just by walking around Makati that there are plenty of well dressed business females that aren't millionaires, probably not even close. However, they are still quite self-sufficient and definitely not poor. Since roughly 30% of the populous is poor that leaves a whole lot of middle income and upper-middle income available.

mguy, I meant Mindanao. Can you tell why you hate it there? Maybe because there are many muslims and some terrorists?

Just curious what class you would put my present girl in. She was born poor (her words not mine).

-graduated from a top Mindinao University in IT
-provides for her family, pays bills, etc. (had a parent die)
-online mobile app marketer, averages about 1k-2k USD a month but does earn a lot more sometimes
-paid for majority of my meals and outings
-Possessions: Xbox one, Mac Book Pro, Iphone 5, Big screen T.V., several dogs (Labs which she breeds), saving to buy a New Car
- Plans to come fly to states to visit me (I'm not paying any plane tickets)
-English is best I've heard in Philippines!!!!

But she is also quite modest, dresses simple, and works from home all day. Wants to travel but hasn't. Doesn't party and has a tight close group of friends. She never thought she'd ever do online dating, but because of her working from home she thought it would broaden her horizons and allow her to meet people.

I think she is closer to upper-middle as this month she made 15k USD!!! Way more than I can imagine but that isn't a typical month. She is also investing in a mango and rice farm for her father. Being in Mindinao I must believe she could be a decently high end girl. What do you think?

Here's the deal. Mindanao girls are desperately trying to leave mindanao for Manila. Serious, if she were any decent middle-class chick she would have landed at least in a cebu university.

Mindanao = Poor girl.

Unless she owns a mango farm, or her dad is in the army or in local politics. I would not live in Mindanao if you paid me a million dollars. Did you get that? I WOULD NOT LIVE IN THE SHIT PLACE THEY CALL MINDANAO IF THEY PAID ME A MILLION FCKING DOLLARS!!!!!! Yes, bro, skip that and just head over to a cebuana.

Just curious...have you spent any real time in Cagayan de Oro or Davao?
I find the quality of life superior by far to Metro Manila, which has its pockets of affluence surrounded by vast slums, filthy air, extreme congestion...all that fun. I would take Davao or CDO anytime.
To each his own I guess....and BOTH of those cities are far safer than most of Metro Manila BTW...

+1

I really like Davao and CDO. Cleaner, safer and to my way of thinking they appeared more middle class than Manila or Cebu .

But that's the beauty of the place - different strokes for different foreigners.

Are Pinays ageist as well? What's considered "young?" I'm in my late 20's, anglo-celtic (we age quickly), and in shape. I plan on travelling to the Philppines in the next couple years to take advantage of the easy poon. I'm only interested in girls under 25, ideally late teens. Am I late to the party?

Late teens, you have to go through the parents they need to consent until she turns 21. And must advise the parents up to 25, thus the proper time is compressed and women jump when they hit their mid 20s and don't hold on until they have to get fertility treatments to have babies.

It is not uncommon for a mid 20s man to have his eye on a teen and around your age marries the by then 20 something woman.

My Filipina GF is probably among the poor. Although her parents own land and are building a house. She works in Kuwait and sends money home. We have talked marriage...possibly next summer. I have stated over and over again that I control the money and my business is mine and stays mine if we marry. She gets it with my son if I die, but nothing if divorce. I have pounded the fact that any money sent to her parents will be small and we will not get sucked into a vaccuum of sending cash. If she moves here....she starts a new life. I will help..within reason...but wont get sucked in.

From what I read, most men are happy with their Filipina wives and relationships seem to flourish. I like this girl and see no red flags. I hope to meet her in feb and will stay with her family, in Phil.

If you still have youth, you should really take advantage of this country NOW.

Absolutely agree! I've been traveling to the Phils since I was 35 (I'm now almost 47 and have 8 trips under my belt) and man, there's a huge difference in how much fun I was able to have when I was younger. After about 41, I simply couldn't handle alcohol anymore and hangovers started to become too horrible to deal with and lasted almost 3 days. I tired out far easier too. So, yea, if you go there to party/ bar hop as a single guy (especially angeles city) , try going before you hit 42, you'll be able to take full advantage that way.

I've been to Lima and medellin too, and what I can say is that while it's true that Latin American girls are also friendlier and easier to pick up than American women, there's simply no comparison to how easy it is to meet women in the Philipines. Like m guy says, most will be lower to lower middle class, but you can still meet middle to upper middle class girls there too, it's just a little harder is all. In the phils, you don't need to hunt for women, they'll hunt you! And I must say, I very much did feel like a god or a rock star on my first several trips there. After a while, you get used to it though and it's not as big of a mind blow.

There's simply no other place like the Philippines where women are sooooo easy to meet and hook up with.
