Someone said this is the BEST video on Happier Abroad (other than Winston's, of course)!
I Skyped Filipina women for a month straight (except sleeping)!
That was a great video Dan,thanks for posting!...It's re-assuring to know that I'm not the only guy living in this socially frigid environment that is ruled by consumerism, working and feminism.Thank goodness for a passport
Hey Mark...thanks for watching and commenting! So have you left North America yet (I haven't)?
Hey Dan,I was supposed to go to the Philippines in January but I had to cancel because of financial reasons.I'm trying to fix my money issues and sell my house in order to be free to travel...my two main destinations would be the Philippines and maybe Costa Rica or another Latin country...I'd love to live in Mexico(been there twice about ten years ago) but I think it might be way too dangerous now with the drug killings etc...
Dancilley remember it was me your new H.A. friend IRAQVET that made that statement!!!! I said it because like Winston, I think you were SPOT ON about the cliquish, isolationist, individualistic, very materialistic, and highly competitive, American society. Not to mention the attitudes and mentality of most FEMINIZED AMERICAN WOMEN. This in comparison to the millions of FOREIGN WOMEN from poorer and more communal societies such as Eastern Europe, Russia, the Ukraine, Thailand, the Philippines, Brazil, etc. But for me personally, if I were to choose which country(s) to expatriate to it might be either the PHILIPPINES or BRAZIL. This is because both of these places are pro-male societies, have a year-round tropical climate, beaches, a lower cost-of-living, and lots of beautiful (if down right GOREGOUS) young, slim or curvy, women who I believe would appreciate nice, decent good men.
Mark, yeah, I haven't gone abroad due to lack of money also. I was Skyping with girls non-stop, but it just got depressing because I didn't have the $800 plane ticket...and if I only had $800, how would I get back to America? So it's gonna take some time for me to make money...I'm trying to develop an online source of income.
Yes it was you, IraqVet2003! Thank you!
Dan,I wish you great success with your online endeavors.I hope it gives you the freedom to get out of America,at least for a few months a year.Yeah,I was in the same situation last fall...chatting with Filipinas online and asking the guys on the forum all about the Phils and in the end I had to cancel the trip. There's no point in online chatting until your plane ticket is in hand.
Thanks Mark. Yeah. I agree. Just need to make some money. But also I'm unsure about going now, because my ex-girlfriend (who is Cambodian) really is against the idea. She says "everything is bad" about the place. She stopped there for 2 days while immigrating from Cambodia. She said there are many people begging for food and money...men, women, and kids. There are too many homeless people. Anyone who goes there...the poverty may get to you after awhile, and you may decide that it's too depressing and the USA is better, overall. Maybe. I don't know.
Hey Dan I hope what I'm about to do is not against the forum policies, but here is a link to a guy's website who actually packed it up and moved from Cali to the Phillippines...I find he's a good source of info because he's older, mature and has been living there for about three years non-stop....Good Luck with your plans and keep us all up-to-date.
Where is the link of the video?
You're absolutely right. For better videos in the future though it's better to make shorter and concise videos because people have short attention span.
Which member here is the guy in http://lifebeyondthesea.com/ ?
That's Henry (Reekay) Velez. I don't think he's a member here.
Check out my blog @ www.marriedafilipina.com
