This doesn't make any sense. Because there's overlap in ingredients, there's no such thing as Russian food? There's definitely Russian recipes- for pretty much everything. Food, drinks, whatever- there's stuff that other people CAN do & might have the IDEA to do in other countries, but it's Russian. What about pasta? There's Italian recipes, even though they eat it in China. The Chinese don't do everything the same, even though they might use garlic like Italians do.
