Your story is not unique. I had similar experiences with Puerto Rican women who were employees. As is common with managers from the mainland USA, locals often deeply resent "outsiders" coming to Puerto Rico and being in senior level position.

It was just my luck that 2 of my female employees were simply not up to the job. When it came time to counsel them on their performance shortcomings, they began making outlandish false allegations of every stripe. Everything from I hate women, to I hate Puerto Ricans, to they don't feel safe in my presence, and on and on.

I survived the 2 year contract there, but it was not easy. I later learned that mine was a common experience for mainlanders in PR. Further, my PR male friends advised me that women in PR often pull the false allegations card because police and the state always side with the women due to they way Law 54 is drafted. This has become par for the course for women to get their way over men.

Fellows, I would not lead you astray, the women in the San Juan metro area are the most toxic in the world. In the country side they are said to be better, but I would not risk it after what I have seen and experienced.

I went out with a young Puerto Rican woman once. I believe she tried to get me killed for not responding when she asked (on the first date): "Baby, you gonna take care of me?" She actually had gotten some guy killed a year or so earlier, by pitting one male against another. Feel like I dodged a bullet big time. I was basically slumming with her, and have never since waded back into those waters.

I worked with Puerto Ricans in the past. Allot of them have bad attitude and entitlement attitude. I don't know if this is all Puerto Rican but quite allot.

I knew a family of puerto ricans the women ruled over the men. The women weren't very nourishing to a mans manhood, from personal experience dating a pr girl, the women are abusive.
Education wise, didn't see it in about 10 family members.
Very jealous couldn't have no female friends.
Body wise yes they got beautiful bodies (alotta booty).
Like to get ready every single time they go anywhere like if they're going to a party, even if they're just going to the market.
Relationship wise in that family, all the women had remarried after having kids from previous relationships, except the mother.
Loyalty wise they're fun girls to hang out with as friends but don't expect any exclusive privileges in a serious relationship.
Rule of thumb alpha male or female tend to mate with more then one partner and alphas are what the women are raised as. The men are actually humble and easy going while the women act like untamed wild life.

As a third generation American man with Puerto Rican heritage, I question men assessment of these women. Positive examples are family oriented, intelligent, loyal and feminine. Puerto Rican women do not possess these qualities. Some may have a college degree but general Intelligence requiring sound long term decisions are absent. Feminine? NOT AT ALL! Unless you like a macho women with a vagina. Loyal? Lol.... They date any man, so your children step pappy can be anyone from any race and background (thug Tyrone will be on the top of the list) Family oriented is usually their parents taking care of their children and needs. Basically, family oriented base on necessity.

To understand these women Feminazi and disloyalty you need to look at the Taino Natives way of life. It was a matriarchal society. With the women in charge. The men lived apart. The Spanish Conquistadors call Taino women Macho women (Google Taino wiki). They basically took charge in the Tribe, selected different men to father their children and men had little power or say. Not much have changed. I debated the same concerns express here in a PR forum and caught flak for it and almost banned from Facebook. What I found disconcerting were the men threatening to hurt me and defending PR women with their lives although, NO Puerto Rican women give these guys credit or acknowledge their whiteknighting (selfish as hell). I married a non PR women. It is the best decision I made in my life (14 happy years and counting). About 90% of Puerto Rican women that I personally know are divorced single moms with a string of bad relationships.

From personal experience:
Puerto Rican, Dominican, Cuban are all the same (Taino). Only difference is their need to put one another on top of the list and hue of skin color. Latin American: Colombian, Brazilian and mixed countries high percentage of gold diggers and cheaters (Mixed Bag). Argentinian, Uruguay and other more White "Latinas" with strong European looks and characteristics AND with College Education has a higher percentage of working out long term. But they are not easy to get at all as most will rather date and marry their own (I marry an Argentinian). As with all things, Anything of value is harder to come by. Easy comes, easy goes!

Argentinan are strangely hot, exotic, and very educated. I can probably say the best of the latinos. Strange to me since the guys are complete douchebags. I have met for the first time many argentina women and they are extremely exotic and hot. They look like catalog models and are pretty down to earth. Some have good money are humble. From the latina groups ive met so far. These are the most recommended. But as with anything of value, I dont find it that hard to meet. Probably easier than most other latinas but bring your A-game because if you do happen to hook one you are going want to impress and not let her off the hook.
