Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, San Cabo Lucas
I'm writing because I'm wondering if Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, and San Cabo Lucas are worth considering for HA destinations. They're big tourist destinations in Mexico, and US citizens regularly visit either of those three cities but for tourist reasons. Because they're tourist destinations, are they Americanized? Are the girls in those cities all stuck up and unapproachable?
