There are also the online dating sites like ColombianCupid and LatinAmericanCupid. I know the OP doesn't like online dating, but I think he should at least give it a try. There ARE some nice, attractive girls online (although yes there are lots of scammers too).

I'm learning to recognise the South Americans here in Spain (there are many here).

Ecuadorian girls look nice but do a bit of Googling and you'll find it's a scary place to live - I read an article where a couple of RooshV type guys went to Ecuador from Colombia and even they got scared. Plus after all that risk the girls are divas lol.

My top choice is Columbia. Brazil would be second, but it is more expensive. Even though Argentina's economy sucks, I've heard the girls are hard to get, but that is mainly on Roosh's site. Take everything you read on RVF/ROK with a grain of salt. Roosh also thinks women in Spain are the hardest to get with in Western Europe. Read his bio and he discloses that he only spent a week at a hostel in Spain. Granted he spent more time in Argentina, but the guy has a douche-y style and probably didn't take the time to learn anything about the culture. Also, that middle-eastern beard probably didn't help much either. I think men with a more European/Latin appearance and with a genuine desire to learn Spanish and Argentine/Latin culture could do better in Argentina. YMMV.

I was in Guadalajara, Jalisco last month. Spent most of my time in the tourist-y downtown areas, a middle-class neighborhood, and went to the retirement town of Ajijic. Definitely a good mix of white and mestizo talent, but still many girls on the street were just meh. I was only there for 3 days, maybe I missed some of the target-rich environments...but it does seem like a decent option.

If you go to Costa Rica, the white women there will be from other places. There are not many white women in Costa Rica.

The whites of Ecuador looked like they could be more Jewish to me. Some of them had those facial features.

Colombia has women who are white-ish. Some look like they could be Italian or Spaniard.

Uruguay, Chile, Argentina are literally on the other side of the world.

You're right about languages, but there's another reason to prefer Spanish. If you put your mind to it, you can learn Spanish within a year or so. It could take you four years or more to get a real handle on Mandarin or Cantonese.

Actually, most people in the Americas probably have at least some European ancestry, given that Europeans controlled the governments and economies for so long, and given the heavy immigration from Europe.

The thing is, the Anglo countries seem to be getting more & more problematic lately. America's getting very "reich-ish" and the other countries, while they seem to be less this way than America in a lot of ways, they DO seem to have a bossy/dictatorial streak in them- not that this never occurs in other countries, but it seems that they get pretty big on arranging other people's general lives. The day-to-day shit can really pile-up. I know I'm getting real tired of every time something f***ed-up happens, people just come up with nonsense arguments. Not necessarily a government thing, but the public environment woulds out to be a lot like dealing with mental junkies all the time.

Neuquén, Argentina is supposed to have plenty of what you're looking for; Mendoza might as well. BA obviously would, but expect a big-city attitude.

Do you speak Spanish? BA is probably the cheapest city to fly into. From there, just chat with locals if you're able, and they can tell you what regions have the women you're hoping to meet, then take a bus the rest of the way. Your next GF might take the seat next to you

FWIW, expect a lot of head games and drama if you go to Argentina. Girls who maybe want a bf and REALLY love attention/getting chased.

You might try Aguascalientes, Mexico, or in Chihuahua state, or generally in NE Mexico. I've met white Mexican women in the US from those places periodically.
