In other countries do they have this culture that believes a man should never hit a woman in self defense and you should always open doors or pull out a chair for a woman? in what countries are the men seen as being the prize as opposed to what we have here in the states where woman are seen as the prize?

No, surely this kind of strange culture does not exist everywhere.
Such brainwashed mindset exists mainly in Western pro-feminist countries, especially in the Anglosphere -
The woman as poor helpless victim - the man as rapist, ATM, disposable item, sperm donor, more or less a servant/slave, a 2nd class citizen...
This is a different question, I would say, almost everywhere it is the man looking out for a woman...
What is different however are the criteria women are choosing/accepting men outside of Western countries.
This is because of rather different legal systems and missing benefit services of the welfare state.
What is a 'powerful single mom' in the States is rather a 'nobody who should NOT be admired' in other parts of the world. Just one example.
In Western countries it is helpful if the man is very rich, or if he is a bad boy or braggart or celebrity etc. He should be an exceptional type 'who knows how to treat a woman'... Ordinary men are often rejected or cheated.
Outside of Western pro-feminist countries women use different criteria to choose men - for example he should have a stable job, should not use drugs or drink alcohol, should look out for a long-term relationship and not for a one-night stand...
Just my impression so far, maybe some other members will also post a follow-up comment.
EE's feeling inferior to Americans? Really? I think you made that statement without giving it much thought! If what you said is true then why aren't they over there waving old glory and playing the star spangled banner at their sports events? Also, I've been hearing stories about Americans going to foreign countries and being targeted for a variety of crimes because of their dislike of the entitlement attitude Americans!
Whoops there goes another ego American!
