The hinduist women versus the buddhist ladies,is an intriguing divergence.

Pattaya is full of Indian men coming there to escape the hardship they have in India to play and f**k around.
Everything is so regulated and men and women doesn't have too much places to meet.

I talked with a man of why he came to Pattaya and if it was the same in India regarding women?
He replied that Pattaya was like a paradise,so many women available and that India was totally the contrary.

If so many men from India come to Pattaya,is obvious that India is not the place to have an easy f**k like Thailand .

Those here on this board, has to know that Iranian men are coming in huge number to Pattaya.
This reality is quit new, because they were not so much Iranian men 5 years ago.

Sexual misery for male is so common in so many countries.
When i see how Pattaya is bounded with men from everywhere,it's a fascinating reality that Thailand drain males from all over the world for sex.
I found that fact socially interesting.

India is not the place for an easy lay.. Hindu's are pretty conservative I think... On the otherhand Thailand, a Buddhist country, well we all know Thailands reputation very well... India is only if you are a Hindu or one of their other religions and want to find a wife.. You can go for some rural country girl who is very easy going perhaps.. Of course there is P4P in India.. In the big cities such as Mumbai and Calcutta.. but really why go to these places just for this. Besides a high percentage of the girls in Mumbai are HIV+. I believe that prostitution is legal in India but she can't solicit you or have a pimp.. Men are horny creatures.. their desire is endless and even if one does land a solid G/F one will not end up being satisfied with her, but always looking for more and better..

Hi Looking4Happiness,

That's cool that you got along so well with Tibetan women! I've been to Tibet, but unfortunately, the visit was quite brief because my group was kicked out by the Chinese police, so I didn't interact with many Tibetans, although the Tibetan Buddhist monks and nuns I met were amazingly kind, of course.

I would like to learn Tibetan sometime, but right now, I have my hands full learning Hungarian (I know basically all the grammar, but now it's just a matter of learning more words and getting things up to conversation speed).

Which Tibetan Buddhist tradition do you practice? I practice the Nyingma tradition. I've also been to one of the Dalai Lama's events--but I didn't pick up any chicks there! Lol

I love Hungary and I wouldn't return to the US for any amount of money!

Hi Jackal,
Nice to meet another Tibetan Buddhist on here. I practice primarily in the Kagyu and Nyingma traditions but I am open to and interested in all forms of Buddhism from Theravada right on up. It's all great. Yes I do have interest in Tibetan Women. I think they are of good quality in general and if you get a more traditional minded one there is little chance of her cheating on you. They are born aware of the concept of "sdig pa" -sin or misdeed depending on if you use Christian terminology or not. How did you come to move from America to Hungary? I do know that European chicks are better then American girls by far.. so glad you found a better situation..
Take care...

I'm a beginner Buddhist. Naturally gravitated towards it. I would like to visit some of the places in Asia one day. From the google images, the women look very Native American there.

I came to Hungary the usual way: I found a job teaching English there.

I enjoy living in a remote part of Hungary where there are almost no expats.

Jackal,

I was in Győr and Mosonmagyaróvár which are not far from the Austrian border. The problem for me was that I needed to get dental work as to get a tooth removed and later a tooth implant is really expensive in Vienna (~$4600) dollars compared to only paying ~$1400 dollars in total. I am still waiting for my tooth implant to happen in February as the gum and bone need to heal from tooth pulling.

I would say you only see Austrians as foreigners in Hungary. It is good I speak some German as I could not get anything here without knowing some German and issues with Hungarian. Since you are living there it is good. Also being a dark foreigner is interesting as I am sure most people will only see them on TV.

I went to Győr once briefly. It might be a nice place to live for someone who speaks Hungarian and/or German, even though it's not as pretty as I imagined that it would be. I've never been to Mosonmagyaróvár.

Yes, prices for most things in Hungary are pretty cheap, although the locals complain about rising prices.

If you want a good Hungarian phrasebook for travelling, this one is excellent:

Good luck with your dental work.

I live in San Antonio, Texas, so I strongly doubt that a Tibetian community exists here.

Mr. Taco has a point, though-- the farther away from civilization one gets, the more civilized people actually become (especially the women). is the Tibetan language similar to Chinese? What alphabet is it based on?
Hello Sir,

This is NOT true! It seems that way only because feminism was spurred-on by the greedy whitemen in the early 1970s here. But one can be in space-ships and transporting to Mars and Jupiter and have normal females around him. Technology and feminism are NOT inter-related at all!!

Welcome to the forum, and thanks for your report on the Himalayas! I've had similar experiences in the Himalayan foothills of southwestern China as well as much of Southeast Asia and Latin America.

We've had a few forum members (American guys) who had very positive experiences with women from India. But these are relatively few and far between, since many American guys tend to jump on the Philippines bandwagon. Glad to read about your wonderful one-of-a-kind experience!

Interesting, so the one woman was so desperate to get out of Tibet and go to America that she offered you 10 large. At only 28 she had no future. Guess Tibet wasn't such a good place for her.

Do you believe that your sister is just chattel to be handed around like the monk decided to do with his sister? Bet your sister wouldn't like that idea much.

There was a time when black people where chattel to be bought and sold. I guess if we can turn the clocks back on women we can do it for blacks too. Oh lots of Celts, Gauls, Germanics and Jews were slaves in Rome lets make them slaves again. Armenians were pretty much slaves to the Turks...turn the clock back.

The poem "First they came" fits the situation well just change who they came for.

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Yes! We need to exist in these places. I do not believe in women not having control of their own bodies, but we need to live in places where women will respect us. Escape America now! Or somehow find a way to guarantee that women respect you and love you.

lookin4happiness wrote:no its not like chinese, although the Tibetan has its own script that is a unique set of characters. There is spoken and written tibetan. the spoken dialects vary from region to region but the language is based on the ancient indian language of sanskrit.. especially the written language which is largely linked with understanding complext concepts of buddhist philosophy which comes from ancient India...
If I recall correctly, Tibetan and Chinese are believed to be from the same Protolanguage. Because of the Chinese writing system, historical linguists have little idea how dialects of Chinese were pronounced in the past from the writing system, but previous stages of the Tibetan language yield some insights.
