Maybe on the west coast, women at these establishments wanna fuÂ¢k, but in Chicagoland/midwest it's so unlikely to find a critical mass of pu$sy at those places. I mean, a Hooters waitress going home with you? That's a pipe dream here, my friend.
Now a tattoo parlor should most definitely be a gold mine of skanky poon, except you gotta be the actual tattoo artist. Those guys get so much skank pu$sy served to them it's ridiculous!

You could add American colleges. Most are overflowing with skanks and the typical feminists. They don't date or have one night stands with anyone except "bad boy" alphas. Most of those girls hate age differences.
