I guess some of these witnesses are shills. The NSA and CIA have thousands of employees, which could easily be used as shills if they wanted to I guess.

If that is true, it's just another example of proof that all this scaremongering is at least partially set up, or they are aware of things going on, even without all the exact details. The Edward Snowden stuff, shows that they listen to all phone calls without warrants, etc. He probably does work for the CIA or FBI undercover. There might be a person on HA like that too. A harmless PM from some dude here may be just a feeler drop to see how radical you might be.. You can never know.
