Seeing The Light
Seeing The Light
First off, I want to congratulate Winston for doing what most American men are too afraid to touch: positive, constructive change. Even though I am younger, I can completely relate to most people in this forum since we are all a product of our environment.
Here's my short story: I grew up in the states and constantly felt out of place in this consumerism, high stress, debauchery environment. From watching my mother disrespect my father to having a hellish relationship with an American born African women, I feel like I have lived many years even though I am under 25. My opinion is that the USA was built upon negative principles such as taking without giving from the Native Americans, unjust laws opposed against the Africans, and subhuman treatments of Asians in the western part of the country. As Malcolm X said "The chickens have come home to roast."
American women have TOO much privilege in a world where most women feel empty without a man to keep them safe and work together with them. I have dated American women that only seek material gifts from me, become angry when I date other women, disrespect me in public, and constantly call me "weak" or "strange" because I don't fit the stereotypical young black male. They expect man to be "monogamous" but we all know that Great kings/emperors from Egypt, Spain, and China had many if not hundreds of wives. Why try to change my normal male position just because I'm in the USA? This is BS. I refuse to accept lies from American Women and the media anymore.
For years, I had to hide my true passions for fear of ridicule because the media controls the American woman's mind so much. In my last relationship, my girlfriend stole, cheated, and lied to me yet claims she was the "perfect girlfriend." Our relationship ended when she and her 3 sisters and mother GANGED UP on me while calling me names, insults, and other garbage to destroy my entire self-esteem. I hung up and her, and thanked God that I ended the relationship when I did. If not, I may have married this girl, become "stuck" in marriage, and divorced having to start over all over again. Forget that! Older men like Winston speak the truth 90% of the time. Just ask any American male who isn't controlled by a female, and he will concur.
For years, I thought maybe I was the problem. Well, after reading so many testimonials and the brilliant essays written by Winston, I too am a victim of my environment. Now, I do not blame any of my decisions so far on American Women. Gosh no. What I blame is the facade that absorbs American women into believing all the BS from the media, ultra rich, and corporations who only seek attention and profit. I want to break away from all of this.
Of course, my friends tell me "just improve yourself" or "make more money" or "approach more women". But why would I do all these things yet still accept the unacceptable nature from American Women. I rather do these things OVERSEAS where I can still have beautiful women and improve myself altogether
So now I'm thinking "What's my next move?" I've heard amazing stories about Brazil, so my focus is there. I want to play professional football (soccer) for the last 3 months in 09, then try to find a Brazilian club to make a permanent move. I, like most, am fearful because it's so easy to stick with familiarity. However, I run several websites and only need an internet connection to make the transition overseas.
I've taking a whiff of the happiness, joy, and new beginnings from testimonials of other men who have ventured overseas. I am ready to take a long sip as well. God bless everyone, and may you develop the same courage as Winston to follow your dreams and make your life on Planet Earth as fantastic and fulfilling as possible.

Good for you, for taking the Red Pill and seeing the Matrix for what it is. You're lucky to have realized some unfortunate patterns in this country so early; some of us took a lot longer. Yes, work on yourself and be the best person you can be - AND insist that any partner you'll spend time, money, and energy with be someone of quality too.
I've also heard many good things about Brazil and South America; looking at their demographics and economies, it's clear they (and Asia) will be the growth story of the 21st century, just as the USA was for the 20th. Let us know if and when you make your way there.

Good on you!
Leave America - you won't be sorry & Brazil is close enough to visit family and friends. If you don't go soon, your US dollars could become worthless, so do it sooner than later. If you spoil children they turn into monsters, and this is what's happened to girls - they think they can sit and wait for men to come to them and say "Next" until they find the perfect guy. Just go and see the differences in Brazil - theres nothing to lose.

Welcome Gibraltar, and thanks for your appreciation of my site.
So where are you from exactly?
Have you ever been abroad before?
So you play soccer well? If you can play at the pro level, then go for it. That would be ideal, doing what you love and being abroad at the same time.
Here are some testimonials to inspire you, if you haven't seen them already.

I'm from Washington DC. Born and raised here my whole life. I've been to Central American, Europe, and Africa, but these were trips with my parents when I was much younger. My trip to Brazil will be my 1st trip abroad as an adult. Thanks for the encouraging support from everyone. I try to learn as much as possible from my elders b/c you guys have been there before. No need to reinvent the wheel.
Brazil is damn competitive because soccer is life there. After training for a few months, I will know whether I have what it takes. I also want to hire an agent to help me land a club in Europe if Brazil doesn't work out. I'm even taking Portuguese classes to ease the transition into Brazilian lifestyle.
The testimonials are amazing, and make me want to leave the States ASAP. I don't even remember how I found your site, but God is great so everything happens for a reason.

Hey gibraltar, I was on a men's forum last year and a guy said he took a trip to Brazil and the women were HOTTER THAN HELL! He also stated the women were very friendly and flirtacious. He could not believe the difference between them and American women! There were almost no fat women over there and they dressed very feminine and made eye contact with him and smiled at him (something American women fail to do for some reason). This was the first time this guy was out of the USA and now he may move to Brazil since he liked it so much. On a side note, did you know that most super models are from Brazil? That's another reason to check out that country!gibraltar wrote:I'm from Washington DC. Born and raised here my whole life. Brazil is an excellent choice.
Hey there,
Brazil is a great place to relocate too... Good weather, beautiful friendly women, and a decent economy. You won't have trouble finding good Internet access down there, as Brazilian infrastructure is pretty good. What you have to consider is the language and the fact that Brazil is a huuuuuuuge country.
Where would you like to live? By the beech? In a big city? Do you want to be in a place with a lot of tourism? Even within Brazil different cities and regions can have different types of Brazilian cultures. Some have a more african influence while others have a more European influence. There's the smaller coastal cities and then there's Rio and Sao Paulo.
Also keep in mind that the cost of living in Brazil is going up, especially in the big cities, how much money do you have saved? What's your budget? These are all things to consider. If you want to live in Rio it might be pretty expensive especially around the Copa Cabana, Ipanema area.
Hope that helps a bit.

You and I share many stories that parallel each other.
Brazil was my first option as well, but I'm thinking about Colombia or the Dominican Republic now. I've heard from others that, generally, Brazilian women are not the hot commodity they once were for those of us seeking foreign women. Perhaps the ever-increasing demand for Brazilian women has caused this dating market shift and they are becoming more like Western women.
On the other hand, most of these accounts are from tourists in Rio. The problem is, most tourists go there. Therefore, we would be wise to follow ladislav's advice and go to the non-touristy areas or the smaller cities not too often frequented for less competition. I hear Sao Paolo is still a great place to visit, for example.
At any rate, I should have met my goal and went this past June, but I made the terrible mistake of reuniting with my wife.

Brasil
If you want to make a living, then Sao Paulo is probably your best bet to start with. It's not the most attractive looking city in Brasil, but it's the economic heart of South America. The cost of living in Brasil is going up and 'luxury' items and services are outrageous (a gym membership is very expensive), but rent and food are relatively cheap. Good clothing items are expensive though. I really don't know if the attitudes of Brasilian women are changing now, but in a place like Rio or Sao Paulo a foreigner won't quite be the novelty he would be in a place like Curitiba and Porto Alegre. Overall, Brasil is a great place for a young man to relocate to....if he can make it.
"Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one." -- Albert Einstein
Thanks icarus for describing Sao Paulo.
A guy I have been having conversations with who went there recently had positive reportings about the city, but it's good to get a balanced view. I have to agree with you that in the cities tourists frequent, the novelty begins to dissipate.
If you don't mind, could you tell me more about Curitiba and Porto Alegre? I'm interested.
