The last thing her and I care about is what the esc@rt thinks and whether or not she harbors some deep seeded resentment against her clients. This is the business of hospitality. When you go into a Whole Foods Store and talk to the guy behind the cheese counter, are you thinking about whether or not his so-called interest in Wisconsin Colby or Dutch Gouda is not entirely authentic and that he's perhaps, putting on an act that he cares about the multitudes of cheeses out there, because his job is to be polite to customers? No, you thank him for the time that he took, to explain the various offerings and perhaps, you leave the store with some added knowledge about the toppings on your snacks.
And a woman w/o teeth would get zero clients up in Montreal. It's obvious that these experiences are USA tales, where P4P is illegal and skanks get top billing.

What are you talking about? They make a living by doing this, and people behind the scenes are making a living off them too. Wh0ring is a business. The cash you pay h00kers doesn't all go to the h00ker, a portion of it ends up in the hands of the establishment or their pimp. If they didn't charge, then whoever facilitates their wh0ring activities (the br0thel owner, the madam, their pimp) would kick them to the curb and not use them again because they've wasted a client by providing the service without making and money from it. Well, I've experienced a few situations where the hoe did want to drop the "cash incentives", so that we could spend more quality time together. The first time around, I'd told her that I wanted to keep it business. The next time I'd met up with her, she was disappointed and had felt rejected.
