You can go on chat sites such as omegle and use "universityphilippines" or "updilliman", "manila" or something similar as a term to search. This way you can fairly easily chat to a variety of bored female students, a good portion of whom are not only very attractive but also intelligent enough to have good conversations with. Their English will in most cases be superb.

You could meet on campus or somewhere else, and have a good ol' time. These are girls with a bit more substance and a much better background then your average bargirl or any of that nonsense. You will need to be a good talker, and some looks on your part certainly help. My biggest advice is go for one who isn't born in the big city herself, but rather a girl from the province who was smart enough to study at a major university.
