Regardless of which country you choose, the phrase "water will rise to it's own level" really helps define how these ladies will act towards you. The A+ ladies that have an active interest in foreigners will probably end up with a decent looking, smart, stable, semi or higher educated, somewhat successful, smooth, "all the ducks in a row" type of guy. A guy on another forum who did hte dating site experiment said that most quality girls are hard to get on the cuff and you have to court them awhile often for 3 months cause time will tell who sticks around. I had the same experience where most girls just waste time or not serious of meeting or they are ugly and undesirable or too far away (which is why no one wants them).
