As for Auto-erotic asphyxiation, basically it is cutting off breathing while you engage in sexual behavior. Supposedly it gives you a high. It has been popular with the kids for quite some time (or could be an urban legend) under the name space monkey. Kokesh was saying he (Robin Williams) did that and jerked off from what it seemed. It basically underlines an unsatisfied sex life.
