Guys, don't underestimate Paloatoguy - he's a threat!

I would like to highly recommend the "ignore" feature to everyone here. I use it extensively with many posters on my ignore list. Just add those posters that you don't like to your "ignore" list and most problems would be solved.

I've always suggested thread/site relevance as a basis for banning.

It wasn't a great topic to begin with, so not much lost. I would rather let people vent here in this worthless thread and get these conflicts resolved.

But the point is if the person insists on posting dinosaurs outside of the Dinosaur forum, all over non-dinosaur threads. That would be a basis for banning IMO.

I agree. The IGNORE option is fine for ordinary members, but not for moderators and administrators/site owners, as they are supposed to take action if things are getting out of control.

About Paloaltoguy, I do not see much activity from him in threads I am posting.

You are probably right, but I put those people on ignore before I became a moderator. I guess I will empty my ignore list.
