Good that there is still a woman in China who is taking care of children sent to the garbage to die.

A woman who tries to help children who are considered to be garbage by their mothers. I do not think she gets any financial support for those children, neither from the government nor from private companies and people.

These few pictures make it clear that there are not only girls who are abandoned in China as feminist propaganda wants us to believe. Newborn boys are sent to the garbage by their mothers as well.

Has nothing to do with feminist propaganda; most of these boys probably have some sort of (minor) defect that became apparent after birth. If the survival of your family, your future and that of your partner, depends solely on whether or not you have a strong and healthy son capable of working and making money, you cannot risk to raise an unhealthy boy who may potentially require extra care and who may be unable to hold a job. You also most likely will not want a daughter, because she might move far away upon her marriage and instead join the household of her husband. It's a culture thing that Chinese families prefer sons, and this is reflected clearly in the gender imbalance.

Don't Chinese people realize they're genociding their own race by aborting baby girls in women's fetuses, or abandoning baby girls in large numbers in dumpsters.

An overabundance of men leads to hypergamous and very-demanding, picky females, which is something that is already starting to happen in China. For goodness sake, Chinese people better start producing more females in the country, or more men might become 'left-out-of-the-cold,' by the lack of available Chinese women in the country. This will also slowly begin to affect foreign men, too, no matter what race you are--as this phenomenon will lead to Chinese women turning into American women in no time. ...

The problem in China is 'too many people'. China is doing something to reduce the population, and this is OK.

However the problem is they are choosing obviously something which works, but it does not really make people happy.
1 child only policy is not a good solution. Most Chinese are businesslike and prefer sons.

The question is however, if China wants to do it better, how could it be done?

Interesting in Japan, also overpopulated, we do not have the gender imbalance problem and still the population will decrease in near future.
I don't know really, it seems Japan is doing something right, and China is doing something wrong, but what?

What makes the difference? I don't know. Here in Japan many do not want children at all for various reasons, but there are almost the same number of men and women of any age living in Japan. The Japanese population is shrinking slowly, but the ration men:women remains nevertheless 1:1.

India is also reporting gender imbalance problems out of their cultural restrictive life-style.

Millions of single men without any hope ever to socialize with females is a bad situation, not everybody is into same-sex, bi-sexual etc.
For sure the majority of all these many millions of men is straight. This is a recipe into violent behavior, fighting for sex, either man against man, or into prostitution and rape, loneliness and suicide.

As horrible as this is, the Chinese are not the first to practice it.

Romans used to do this. They left unwanted children out to be "exposed". They died of exposure, or were eaten by wolves, or were found and adopted. Kind of a post-partum abortion.

And apparently Germans did, too, if you recall the original story of Hansel and Gretel. They were in the lost in the woods because their parents abandoned them there.

Modern Whites are more clinical about the whole thing. They don't face the ugly reality of infanticide.

In the Soviet Union, abortion was practiced routinely as birth control. Still around in rural Armenia, I can tell you.

And in (post-)Protestant countries it is pretty normal even today.

I am not defending the heartless dried-up atheistic Chinese commies. Just saying that they ain't the only ones doing this foul thing.

It's a combination of the results of heartless atheism and the one child policy. Given influences like that, some people in a society will be heartless enough to do this sort of thing. Can Americans really claim superiority with the millions of babies that have been murdered in accordance with American law while still in their mother's womb? We hear of American babies in dumpsters from time to time.

I knew a white couple that adopted a baby in China. She was a little girl. One arm had something wrong with it.
