Re: Hi! I'm Dana from Czech Republic
czechdana25: You mean why do I want to move to the Czech Republic specifically? Well, there's actually a few places that caught my eye (Portugal was the first one). The Czech Republic just seems to have a good way about it (hard to explain in a specific list). The more easily articulated things are the more hospitable living conditions (food, drink, social atmosphere, not getting locked up for every little thing, etc...).
The distance from the US (some states here actually DO catch my interest, but they are still IN America & if it'd be NEAR America if it seceded from the Union). It doesn't seem to get to embroiled in other people's problems, but isn't wishy-washy. I like the stance on invasion & the ability to say things that ARE. In this country, it's unbelievable- you have to explain to people that you said something because that's what happened!
That it was suggested to me (also Poland), is another reason. If it occurs to people that have some feel for how I am that the Czech Republic would be a good idea, then that would be higher on the list to at least try.
As for Czech women, I honestly don't have much experience with Slavic women of any kind (most of the females I've cared about in my life have been Latina in some way or Italian). That said, I've heard Latin & Slavic tends to be a good mix (some of my relatives are proof of this) & the Czech women seem to have some meat on them. Maybe it's the beer?
Basically, I figure it's compatible (as are a lot of places). I'd be vigorously protective of a good place to live, in much the same way a Rottweiler is fanatical about his home- if it's not just the place he lives. THAT seems to be more well-understood in the Slavic countries. Not like it's some warrior paradise or whatever, just sensible. And I think it would be more likely to be seen as a tragic thing if someone were to dupe someone like that- not too sure about here. I think it might just be seen as an OPPORTUNITY to trick someone (there's actually a thing called "duper's delight") & then there's the concept of "protecting the country"- which basically just means whatever bullshit they define it as at the time.

Yohan: Actually, I think czechdana25 is on to something with the bitterness a lot of men have. They feel that their actions should equal a result. Granted, I know it can bite hard to get f***ed over & I'm not saying that's never the reason- but a lot of guys have something of a schoolboy mentality. They did things a certain way & expect a "gold sticker" (in this case, meaning "blowjob"). Just like answering questions on a test. It's not like a pin code situation. Besides, if it were, where would be the "thrill of the chase"? Also, wouldn't these women be considered "whores" or "sluts" at that point? Just saying.
droid: It's trolling to have lucid & detailed discussion about things while using critical reasoning? Holy shit- I thought that was a major reason for this site! She's got an opinion about things & given the PC nature of the country, I think it should be considered a bonus just to not hear fence-riding bullshit.

Why do you feel the U.S. criminal justice system is unfair to men? Do American men get locked up for false rape allegations?Wolfeye wrote:czechdana25: You mean why do I want to move to the Czech Republic specifically? Well if you desire to live in CZ. You need to be fluent in Czech. That's common sense anywhere. If I desire to live and work in the United States, I have to be proficient in reading and writing English. I don't understand Syrian Muslim migrants who flood into Central Europe and expect special treatment. Hungary did its duty to protect its sovereign borders. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... -cope.html

Hello Dana, I am Iraqvet2003 (but my real name is Grady) and I wish to welcome you to the H.A. forum!!!! I just love meeting people from other countries!!! And by the way you are a very pretty young lady if you don't mind me saying so!!! Not to mention Dana, I like women with nice sounding foreign accents!!! Also, from my understanding women from the Czech Republic are among the most beautiful in the world!!! Here is a link I that have found to back that claim up; http://www.listoplenty.com/blog/?p=11676 of which the title is "LIST O' TOP TEN COUNTRIES FOR BEAUTIFUL WOMEN".czechdana25 wrote:Hello everyone! I found this site because many Europeans do dream about moving to America and starting a fresh life. Some do see the USA as a land of economic opportunities they cannot attain in their native countries. We Czech are very peaceful, intellectual, & kind-hearted people. I am glad to meet you all and hope to have many stimulating conversations with everyone.

Dana, I do know that your country was formerly called Czechoslovakia (1945-1992) and had been part of the Austrian-Hungarian Empire (until WW I) as well as the Eastern/Soviet Block (Warsaw Pact) countries during the Cold War. But it dissolved in 1992 (which it later become the Czech Republic) and now it is a part of both NATO and the EU. In addition, the 2002 Hollywood action film "XXX" (NOT to be confused with pornography) starring actor Vin Diesel (Fast & The Furious) and Samuel L. Jackson was made in your country along with featuring Prague, the capital city.
As for myself Dana, I was born (January 25, 1973) in Honolulu, Hawaii. However, I didn't stay there for long due to my father's military career in the U.S. Army (he was stationed at Schofield, Hawaii). The other places that I have moved to while growing up as an "Army Brat" were Fort Campell, Kentucky; Wildflecken, West Germany, Fort Steward, Georgia; and Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Then I soon joined the military, first serving in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed at Whiteman AFB, Missouri (1992-1996) and later in the U.S. Army and I was assigned to Fort Sill, Oklahoma (2001-2005). Also, Dana during my time in the Army I did one combat tour in Iraq back in the year 2003 (Camp Anaconda, Balad-60 miles north of Baghdad). Hence my screen name "Iraqvet2003". I do consider myself to be an intellectual due to my interest in reading books, magazines or watching documentaries on subjects relating to history, geography, current/world events, sociology, economics, politics, military affairs, conspiracies, etc. But, I am also an artist who loves to draw detailed pictures of exotic cars, futuristic cities, military aircraft, etc. just for fun!!! Anyway Dana, I hope you will enjoy your time here in America and make many new friends. I just hope to someday have the opportunity to revisit Germany and see your home country the Czech Republic (bordering to the east of Germany-Deutchland) and seeing the beautiful city of Prague.

United States liberated Europe by defeating Nazi Germany and the Marshall plan rebuilt the whole of Europe. US military continues to defend Europe from the threat of Russian invasion. We Czech owe much and admire American generosity. Thank you American people!
People can be abusive and talk negatively about me. That's ok. They don't know my heart. My soul is deep & mysterious as the ocean. I always smile and have optimistic outlook on the future.

Czech Roma Girl 25: You seem to be pretty riled-up about this- why? I don't get it- everyone more or less dumps on everyone here all the time. I've never seen you rush out of the shadows to defend any of them. Not trying to get amped-up or anything, just think it's weird.
Re: Hi! I'm Dana from Czech Republic
I know what you mean, but in USA you cannot blame young men, they know only what is going on next to them, they have no idea about what is life outside of USA - they merely go to a bar, don't ask me what kind of women are there, talking BS and find a one-night hook-up. Or using Craigslist and other crazy dating websites.Wolfeye wrote:Yohan: Actually, I think czechdana25 is on to something with the bitterness a lot of men have.

About bitterness of some certain men, I think, most women do not really understand about the legal situation in pro-feminist countries. As man looking for any communication with a woman you are already considered to be a future sex-offender. Looking for a foreign wife especially from Asia you are a loser, pedo, wife-beater etc. In case of a divorce you are bankrupt over decades etc. USA/UK is extreme - somewhat better and not so hateful in Continental Europe, but not so much as you might expect it to be . The legal situation is bad, I cannot blame only women for that, it's about 'feminism'.
I am happy that I could regulate my life somewhere else (Japan, Thailand, Philippines) and I have nothing to do with Western women anymore.

Re: Hi! I'm Dana from Czech Republic
I agree that alimony and spousal support can be unfair and abusive towards men. But men should pay their child support. It takes two to tango. A child is shared responsibility. Being evil and doing bad things are not exclusive to women - men are capable of horrible things too. People make choices and are responsible for their actions, that applies to both genders. Of course women have to be cunning and manipulative - men are physically stronger and can beat us women in a fight. A smarter strategy assures total domination & victory in any war.Yohan wrote:I know what you mean, but in USA you cannot blame young men, they know only what is going on next to them, they have no idea about what is life outside of USA - they merely go to a bar, don't ask me what kind of women are there, talking BS and find a one-night hook-up. Men should seek well-paying careers to sustain themselves and get physically fit at the gym to be more attractive to the opposite sex. It's common sense. The complaining and doing nothing about your situation is why a lot of men are angry, bitter, and miserable. The truth isn't always pretty. But our free will is what determines our fate.
Re: Hi! I'm Dana from Czech Republic
The problem is however that by Western laws you can be easily subject to child support over decades, despite you are NOT the biological father, you can be subject to (p)alimony, despite you never married her. These payments can be so high, that the man will end up in poverty, even living in a van or finally find himself in jail.czechdana25 wrote: I agree that alimony and spousal support can be unfair and abusive towards men. You see, a woman can opt out of raising the child - you said, it takes two to tango. She does not need any agreement from the father for an abortion, even not for an adoption. A man cannot opt out. That's not fair - there are plenty of cases, where the woman was cheating the man, getting pregnant, so-called paternity fraud, and he pays despite he is not the father. You see 'shared responsibility' is rather single sided, with all rights for the mother, nothing for the father.
Unlike many leftover men, I do not solely blame the Western woman and her life-style, I blame mainly the legal situation and I think, it has to be changed.
Women are not always the victims, despite they claim they are...
