To the contrary, I watched a couple dozen flat earther videos to be a good sport, and wouldn't you know it, they were all bullshit. None of them presented anything concrete. No evidence.

His point of contention starts from 15th century. He does not realize that before western civilisation, almost all cultures believed in earth as flat.

I believe ancient Greeks knew the earth was a sphere. So you're a few centuries late. And since when does it matter what cultures believed? Reality is reality. If I believe the earth is flat, it's still a sphere. If I believe Lake Michigan is filled with green jello, it's still filled with water.

A lot of poorly educated people here do indeed live in a lake of green jello. Apart from all the photos of a globe earth, air and sea navigational calculations operate daily based on that model. It is a problem cartographers face when they translate a round earth to a flat piece of paper. The scale becomes impossible to maintain.
