If you had $1,000,000
What would you do if you had a $1,000,000 windfall? How would your life change? How would you change your life?

Re: If you had $1,000,000
I'd probably have similar plans to what I have now. I'd just be less worried about things not working out. Spend my time studying, learning languages, visiting different cultures. Trying to find happier abroad, a good career and a good wife. I'd find ways to invest that money and watch it grow. I've got another 50-60 years left, so how do I want to use my time? Who do I want to spend it with? Money is just a tool for that. The goal remains the same.

Invest the money and make it grow. Take some classes to acquire more marketable skills. Plan an earlier retirement.

First, I would take part of the money to take a nice vacation some place (either in Europe, Dubai, or Brazil). Then as for the rest of the money find a way to live off the interest and move to a low-cost of living and warm year-round country with some nice beaches such as Panama or the Philippines (and possibly marry a hot looking, young woman).Tsar wrote:What would you do if you had a $1,000,000 windfall? I'd become a full time investor and win souls to Christ, while searching for a wife.
A good man is above pettiness. He is better than that.

I'd buy a green sweater but not a real green sweater because that would be cruel. Probably get Dijon Ketchup on it though.
