I don't understand, you've made so many of these videos but you haven't succeeded in getting any numbers or anything like that. You're bolder than most people, and you persevere, but those are your only strengths in terms of how you behave. Almost everything else is bad. If you want to increase your chances of success, do this :
* Look smart every single time, just like in this latest video. Look your best. If they ever make another wanted poster of you, at least you'll look good and people will hopefully think "but he looks cool...how can he be a predator?"
* Watch a bond movie before going out
* Don't ever refer to yourself as a predator, and stop using the word accost. This is not helping you
* Try to be more relaxed and casual. Don't dart around like a shark
* Think of some more lines, lines that are going to move the interaction forward. Write them down if you have to. Listen to them. Get them talking, and prompt them to open up and keep talking. People are more likely to like you if you show an interest in what they have to say. Don't interview them
* Put the camera away. Maybe you could film yourself in between attempts and tell us what you're about to do or what you just did, but otherwise put that camera away. I've noticed that some of them say hi and smile, but when they see the camera, it's downhill from there
* Do not open up to them. Don't tell them that women don't want to talk to you, don't tell them that a lot of people are not friendly, don't be negative. You can bring up these topics later on if it goes well, but do it in a way that doesn't make you seem bitter. Don't tell them your life story, don't ramble on and on about this and that, think of the conversation like a game of tennis, first it's your turn, then theirs, then yours, then theirs, that's how you build rapport. Don't talk at them. A successful conversation is one where both people feel like the energy they put into it was worth it. Don't drain their energy (or yours) by yapping or interviewing them. When you say something, pause, and wait for a response. don't ramble on nervously. Give them a chance to either respond or reject, because if you keep talking it gives the impression that you don't believe they want to talk to you and you're just trying to fill in the silences.
* Go somewhere else. Forget DTLA. Try another area where people don't know you.
* Don't be lewd or inappropriate. No more asking if you can film their butts or talking about touching them or being touched, got it?
* Try going to a bar, or some other place where you can stand or sit in one spot, and then talk to women who come near you
* Do not talk to women with kids, or women walking around with men
* If the conversation goes well, close them. Get their number. If you manage to get a number, stop the conversation immediately and say goodbye, I'll call you, and then leave (and don't go woohoo until she's out of earshot). Do not say I love you.
* Don't ask if they like you. make them like you
* Don't talk to them if they're obviously busy or in a hurry
* If they don't seem interested, don't follow them
Etc etc etc. See? There's so much wrong in your approach, and so much to improve. To be honest I think you should be spending more time looking for a job, and maybe trying to make some money online. Your self respect will improve if you do this. But if you're going to spend any time continuing with these videos, at least do it properly.
Also I think you should delete any videos that make you look bad. At the moment, that's probably about 99.8% of them, but if you make some changes, you can lower that percentage.

Those ladies may have been nice to you then, but just try to interact with those exact same ladies 3 months later and you will find that they want absolutely nothing at all to do with you! Even though they will be the exact same ladies physically that you interacted with, inside they will be absolutely different. Demonized, hateful, paranoid, standoffish, acting like scared rabbits. Loving hearts of flesh killed, liquefied, sucked out as if with a shopvac, and replaced with hearts of iron ferrite! THAT is how quickly foreign women in America become Americanized! And when co-ed mingling becomes even a capital felony under Federal law in America, foreign women who relocate to, or even visit, America will get Americanized in a matter of hours! Those who intend to be social butterflies and mingle with the opposite gender will immediately call off and cancel their move or vacation to America

Johnny1975, all great advice. Dan what kind of camera are you using? I agree with Johnny, get rid of the camera. Whose attention do you want, guys or girls? You're making the videos to get attention from guys, because the girls obviously don't like them. Do not chase down girls that are not interested. If they walk away do not keep following them. Have conversations. If you really want to meet girls quit sticking a camera in their face. Take their photo after you get to know them.
He should make compilation videos with just the positive interactions, and he should get all the ones that are cool with him to record a few seconds of them saying that they enjoyed his company or that he's a good guy.
I have had a girlfriend who is 50 years old, who stopped having sex with me over a year ago. She still loves me, but doesn't want to have sex. She actually told me she never even liked sex. She just had sex for my sake. So, she and I are very close still and share happy moments together. But I need sex...and sex with younger girls. She is from Cambodia, so is happier with a lower standard of living than American girls, so it's kinda like I already am "happier abroad."

You got talent, man. Don't listen to the haters. It takes balls to cold approach. Make these videos in Europe or Asia. Not only will you get WAY more views, but you'll gain some social status too. Listen to my advice. Think it over. And keep going.
