What type of house and community do you want to end up in?

Just asking for your replies out of curiosity.

Realistically, not in your daydreams, where do you want to end up? Rural? Small town? Suburb? Large city? House, condo, apartment, McMansion? Where, geographically, do you hope to settle?

Or do you hope for a semi-nomadic lifestyle, never settling anywhere?

Semi-nomadic, same as I've been living for past 18 years. Motels or weekly apartments when in cities, camping outdoors about 120 nights/year.
