I am so d*mn sick of selfish American people. I swear you cannot make friends in this country and expect any kind of loyalty or gratitude from them.

Self. self. self. That is all Americans think of. I know my generation is bad (post 1965) but I think baby boomers aren't that much better either. Bottom line:

In America:
You do things for people, they never return the favor.
You care about others, they could care less.
People in America are screwed up and totally dysfunctional and don't know anything about making friends, keeping friends, keeping in touch, etc.

I've been told Im a good person, but my friends don't care about me! Why is life in America so lonely and fragmented?

Just goes to show that it isn't just you fellows who have this problem.

Thanks miss conduct. I agree. There is a saying, "To have a friend, you must be a friend".

But that doesn't seem true in America. I've helped people who have to move, but when I need help moving, none of those same people are there for me. They're all too busy and uninterested. It's like they will be glad to accept your help but not give help when you need it. It sucks and disproves that rule of thumb.

I agree. I want to leave this place but I don't know where to go yet.

I think all of us are making the transition out of the good ol' us of a. But its all good i will explore the world and find my place i am most comfortable in.

hey bro. yeah its so far japan, phillipines, germany, romania. i believe i have it very very good EVERYWHERE. my experiences inside japan have been great easy to get dates. a filipina asked me out on a date there. I barely knew her. my friend the military tells me the women in germany love black dudes. my responses from europe have been incredible.


Its just that i have it so good i have sooo many choices to chose from. its to damn ridicilous.

The best country I have done well in was Brazil (duh I'm Brazilian-American LOL). Australian women didn't like me because I was too melanin-lee-challenged like how mad-dark-skinned Black guys get all the attn. in Oz, and I'm not "White American" enough to get love from prudish Aussie women. So you would do well in Aussie/Oz because they are plenty of n-lovers in Australia (yes I sound a tad like our old asshole friend Gordan, but hey.). They don't like Black men, they like the thugs that are n's. So my Aussie travel was an epic fail.

So I have gone to Thailand on Qantas directly from Sydney Australia, and I had done crazily well there! That was first time I have been to a non-Anglo-fied country (even I haven't been back to my parents and grand parents Brazil until last year - they kept me sheltered from there!).

And it was the first time that I have been to a country where I didn't know the nat'l language. But I have done alright, and it was the first time I had a woman pay to have sex with me. She gave me a lot of baht. LOL

Well, I might be out of my jurisdiction here, but the n-word signifies vociferous, rambunctious-and-they-know-it people regardless of race to me, but the ones who are Black American are the spearheads of the n-/thug movement I'm quite afraid. There's a difference between Black people and n's, but that disparity is narrowing at an exponential rate for distinguishing the difference between the two nomenclatures. Do you understand what I'm saying here?

You sound a tad happy that those Aussie women want you because you are Black; that maybe due to a void you need to fulfill. I hope that once you have fulfilled that "prophecy", that you'll wake up and realize that they are objectifying you worse and unnaturally as contrary as how men objectify women for their looks only - not their pheno and genotypes, which indicates a level of shallowness on the women's part yes yes?

SSJParris makes a great point. "explore the world and find my place i am most comfortable in." Often, reading this board we tend to focus on Philippines, Thailand, E Asia or E Europe, but there's a whole world out there and there may be better fits for some people.
