Why not just force slavery on these people? For crying out loud, it's like they want this enemy's consent to do something!

Here is more proof that Islam is not a religion of peace, in fact, it is just the opposite.

Is this true? This webpage defends Islam as being a non-violent and pro-Christian religion.

https://blindlight.org/

"The Quran

I decided to post this because there is so much disinfo on the web about the Koran that needs to be corrected.

FIRST FACT: The Quran is a very short scripture that is shorter than the New Testament. It is not lengthy enough to hide "bad secrets". I have read several different translations of the quran cover to cover. It is a very short religious text. How short? The Quran is SO SHORT it will fit on 22 pages of 8.5X11 paper divided into 4 columns both sides printed with reasonable margins and a few sparse footnotes. I have seen the quran in Word Perfect, the entire thing there, the ENTIRE Yusuf Ali translation to English (the most recognized version, it would be equal to the King James version) and the entire file in 8 point text was 4 columns, 44 pages arranged to present as 88 half sized pages with two columns per page with the binding. It takes 22 sheets of 8.5X11 paper printed on both sides to do that. Obviously if you get a translation that includes the Arabic text, detailed footnotes, a glossary, dictionary, and uses 12 point text it will look like a big book but absent that it can be presented as a large pamphlet. So you can forget about anyone who lies and says it is a huge and secret writing, that's pure B.S, the full KJV Bible absolutely dwarfs it.

SECOND FACT: If you took all the violent statements and passages out of the old testament and removed the equivalent amount of text from the Quran, you'd have to delete about 25 percent of the Quran to do it. Yet in the Quran itself, there are at most 5 lines that might be construed as violent, but most of what is there pertaining to war is instruction on how to pray in battle and other mundane items, and all war related topics would not fill a single page if they were all scraped up and put together. It is a simple and easily observable fact once you have read the Quran that war is simply not a major topic.

THIRD FACT: The Quran gives very brief summaries of many of, if not all all of the old testament Bible texts, and if you want more detail, you need to read the Bible. However, Muslims will say that the Bible is corrupted, so Muslims believe you need to be careful about what you take seriously when reading the Bible. But obviously stories like Exodus and Jonah and Noah are not a significant cause for concern in the way a particular bible is translated.

FOURTH FACT: The Quran is to a large extent a book of law. And if you read the texts the founding fathers wrote, there is little, if anything in the Quran that is not compatible. All this talk about Shariah being horrible is either the product of a spewing fool or an outright lie, if Shariah was actually put in place in America and America actually followed it, the biggest thing people would notice is that the swamp got drained. And the Federal Reserve would be gone and replaced with a financial system that did not bleed the people dry. And income tax would only be 2%. Absent corruption, 2 percent is really all you need to run a government. In divorce, the woman would automatically get the children until age 12, and then the man would automatically get them. The woman automatically gets the house for 2 years.

FIFTH FACT: Muslims believe Jesus was the messiah, but that his word got corrupted when the New Testament was put together. The Quran fully recognizes the legitimacy of Jesus. It does not agree with how the crucifixion happened but that is a relative detail when Muslims do not believe Mohammed will return to rule them, they await the return of Jesus, to rule for 1000 years the same way Christians do."

THANK YOU Winston, THAT WAS BY FAR ONE OF YOUR BEST POSTS EVER. Yaa I have come to the conclusion our rulers are trying to get WW 3 going with a holy war to dupe the sheep for the coming redraw of the world maps and cattle culling.

These idiots need to realize they are being played by the credit monopoly and they use religion as a tool to meet their end goals. Their betting the herd be sooo stupid they can pull this off again and again, with the net it is inexcusable that most of these idiots are still so duped.

Again thanks.....

What Does Islam Teach About...

Violence

Does the Quran really contain over a hundred verses promoting violence?

The Quran contains at least 109 verses that call Muslims to war with nonbelievers for the sake of Islamic rule. Some are quite graphic, with commands to chop off heads and fingers and kill infidels wherever they may be hiding. Muslims who do not join the fight are called 'hypocrites' and warned that Allah will send them to Hell if they do not join the slaughter.
Unlike nearly all of the Old Testament verses of violence, the verses of violence in the Quran are mostly open-ended, meaning that they are not restrained by historical context contained in the surrounding text (although many Muslims choose to think of them that way). They are part of the eternal, unchanging word of Allah, and just as relevant or subject to interpretation as anything else in the Quran.

The context of violent passages is more ambiguous than might be expected of a perfect book from a loving God. Most contemporary Muslims exercise a personal choice to interpret their holy book's call to arms according to their own moral preconceptions about justifiable violence. Their apologists cater to these preferences with tenuous arguments that gloss over historical fact and generally do not stand up to scrutiny. Still, it is important to note that the problem is not bad people, but bad ideology.

Unfortunately, there are very few verses of tolerance and peace to balance out the many that call for nonbelievers to be fought and subdued until they either accept humiliation, convert to Islam, or are killed. Muhammad's own martial legacy, along with the remarkable stress on violence found in the Quran, have produced a trail of blood and tears across world history.
Quran

Quran (2:191-193) - "And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah [disbelief or unrest] is worse than killing... but if they desist, then lo! Allah is forgiving and merciful. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah [disbelief and worshipping of others along with Allah] and worship is for Allah alone. But if they cease, let there be no transgression except against Az-Zalimun(the polytheists, and wrong-doers, etc.)" (Translation is from the Noble Quran) The verse prior to this (190) refers to "fighting for the cause of Allah those who fight you" leading some to claim that the entire passage refers to a defensive war in which Muslims are defending their homes and families. The historical context of this passage is not defensive warfare, however, since Muhammad and his Muslims had just relocated to Medina and were not under attack by their Meccan adversaries. In fact, the verses urge offensive warfare, in that Muslims are to drive Meccans out of their own city (which they later did). Verse 190 thus means to fight those who offer resistance to Allah's rule (ie. Muslim conquest). The use of the word "persecution" by some Muslim translators is disingenuous - the actual Arabic words for persecution (idtihad) - and oppression are not used instead of fitna. Fitna can mean disbelief, or the disorder that results from unbelief or temptation. A strict translation is 'sedition,' meaning rebellion against authority (the authority being Allah). This is certainly what is meant in this context since the violence is explicitly commissioned "until religion is for Allah" - ie. unbelievers desist in their unbelief. [Editor's note: these notes have been modified slightly after a critic misinterpreted our language. Verse 193 plainly says that 'fighting' is sanctioned even if the fitna 'ceases'. This is about religious order, not real persecution.]

Quran (2:244) - "Then fight in the cause of Allah, and know that Allah Heareth and knoweth all things."

Quran (2:216) - "Fighting is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not." Not only does this verse establish that violence can be virtuous, but it also contradicts the myth that fighting is intended only in self-defense, since the audience was obviously not under attack at the time. From the Hadith, we know that this verse was narrated at a time that Muhammad was actually trying to motivate his people into raiding merchant caravans for loot.

Quran (3:56) - "As to those who reject faith, I will punish them with terrible agony in this world and in the Hereafter, nor will they have anyone to help."

Quran (3:151) - "Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers, for that they joined companions with Allah, for which He had sent no authority". This speaks directly of polytheists, yet it also includes Christians, since they believe in the Trinity (ie. what Muhammad incorrectly believed to be 'joining companions to Allah').

Quran (4:74) - "Let those fight in the way of Allah who sell the life of this world for the other. Whoso fighteth in the way of Allah, be he slain or be he victorious, on him We shall bestow a vast reward." The martyrs of Islam are unlike the early Christians, who were led meekly to the slaughter. These Muslims are killed in battle as they attempt to inflict death and destruction for the cause of Allah. This is the theological basis for today's suicide bombers.
This is just a short summary. There are many many more verses in the link. If the koran is a short book and it has all these calls to violence it is more a primer for war than a religious text.

Under the banner of islam the muzzies conquered north africa and the middle east. They launched several invasions of europe. The europeans had it right. Repel them with sword and take the war to them in the holy land. Everr since the muzzies came out of the sand they attempted to invade europe. Men like prinz eugen repelled them. Such leaders are missing in europe today.

Christianity never attempted to wipe out muzzies or jews. It lefr them to their faith. It only attempted to convert those who knew no one God.

Kradmelder: I'm tellin' ya- if it really kicks off, it would be entirely possible for there to be South African "mercenaries" to be against them up in Europe. I don't think I'd have any problem with being on a team with them. There's a lot that's cut from the same cloth while white, however. Some of it is very blue collar or outright poor & they STILL support this sort, because it's (usually) rich & immune to arrest- plus, they've spent a large chunk of their lives comforting themselves with the belief that these people are like them (for various reasons- mostly it seems to give them an easier time of pretending to be them or just thinking that they'll be picked to not be stepped on).

If Muslims go to war with Christians, they will slaughter the Christians....................the Muslims are virile men who know what a man is, and they know how to work and fight. American Christians are experts at standing there and whining for their rights, tip-toeing over political correctness because they've been castrated into that point. Ahkmet and Muhammad have no such restraints. Islam will fight and win.

Christians, on the other hand, have turned into a bunch of limp-wristed weaklings, orators, and sissies. They are obese, overweight, unhealthy, stupid and up -in- the air; not grounded in reality. Americans have been softened and weakened by luxuriousness and materialism beyond repair. Their families have been fractured, individualism has rotted our bonds.

Without the help of USofA's military power, which is Israel power......because most American's don't give a shit about the mideast, Christians would be worthless, just like every other American at this point. Oh, by the way Muslims are much more devout than Christians these days, no comparison.
Believe me, you don't want to go to war with these people....

and neither do they.

If American forces are populated by progressive liberal types, this would be true. However, there is an enturely different group that makes up the bulk of US Army recruits and officers.

My nephew is a US Army officer. He has multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, including the command of several forward operating bases in Afghanistan. Islamic soldiers, the Taliban, do not want to stand and fight toe to toe with US Army soldiers. They do ambushes and run away. Sometimes they dress as women to escape. A portrayal as verile formidable soldiers is not so. That is what they PORTRAY themseves as, but the reality is, most of them are much less.

Poor souls. I would not be so quick to revile Christians and Christianity. Will God hold insults against His people guiltless?

Also, although many people claim His name, most are not true Christian.

True Christians are vastly outnumbered by other religions because true Christians are few.

And I don't know why Islam is held in such high esteem. Some people hate the "legalism" of Christianity, yet they support the legalism of Sharia law which is far stricter. This just boggles the mind.

Allah is not God and that is obvious. Allah is Satan. Just like all the Hindu gods are demons, even portraying themselves as snakes and serpents.

Many Muslims have openly denied Christ with their mouths. They say that God cannot have a Son.

Poor Muslims.

I'm talking about the civilian population, not the Taliban. .....They are virile for the most part. The American public for the most s a weird kind of part, is populated by weak lasse faire liberal types.
What I said still stands. I know what you mean because, I came from that type you describe as the military types. I was raised on bases, around military types....and it is its own crowd - you're right, different mentality. I'm still thinking like that a lot...because I was raised that way in a military family. I traveled a lot also and got that experience in diff cultures, so it's an interesting mix.
At home here, people can tell I'm "military" by the way I act...and I was just reminded that the way I think is particularly rigid and structured, liking discipline - it's a particular type of military thinking I suppose.

Interesting topic.

Rigid & structured thinking isn't always functional, never mind optimum. The military (at the very least, the US military) has a train-on-its-tracks style of doing things & I've been told there's a lot of "this is THE way to do (whatever it is)." There's the rigidity & the "strong" structure, but it's no good.
