If WWu were to do such a seminar, someone would leak it to the local TV station, and then some feminist reporter would do an exposé on it, doing everything she could do shame these men with alliterations of them as being "losers", etc. She'd then go to a swank nightclub and interview women there about it, who would reinforce calling these guys losers, and saying something like, "well, I guess if women here won't date them, it's better than nothing", like these women would be in some higher class.

Possibly, but I don't think so. If that was going to happen, a feminist reporter would be doing it now with this website. And that's not happening.

Also, no need to focus on the negative. We don't need to spend a lot of time telling people why dating sucks in the Anglo / USA-Canada world. The guys tuning in already know that. The positive message is how to meet great women abroad.

Final point: if guys are putting the effort in to do this, I don't consider them losers at all. It's the characteristic of a winner: determined and working to achieve their goals.

I wouldn't worry about the crap on Jezebel. Their target audience is exactly the kind of women we are trying to avoid. The writer also has got your message wrong. A media expert once said that in a situation like this, just ignore them and keep pushing your own message.

Revamping the website is a big job, so I don't want to say anything for which I am not qualified. It's a suggestion to start thinking about it for the long term.

The situation right now is that there is a lot of stuff on here. It's hard to navigate. There are 15 menus across the top and 27 sections along the left column. That's too much for me to understand what the KEY MESSAGES are.

So I suggest listing the key themes you want to share. Then organize the website along those themes. For example, one would be the philosophy and rationale on going abroad. Simplify by consolidating some of those sections into fewer menus.

Hope this doesn't come across as criticism. I think the message is excellent. It's best to share it effectively, and that happens when it is simplified.

The show I am developing is going to use Skype Conference with you can have up to 10 users, it cost $53 a year to premium access and you can record the call(s) with a add-on for Skype that makes it easy to upload to You Tube.

I would expect flak, its normal in Anglo society because it threatens the structure everybody has setup. If you're wives become active in the community she can shout down the Michelle Bachmann types that show up at PTA meetings for example (that's how she got started). Again its about changing the paradigm in American culture if you choose to live here that is.

We stand for the value system that vanished when more women/mothers started working to help the family as real wages started to go down, the oil shocks and inflation during much of the 70's.

I think much of our social problems can be linked back to less women being at home during a child's formative years and proliferation of single motherhood.

Anyway a video podcast on weekends would be good. But PLEASE people invest in a decent set of USB Headphone/Mic combos, good ones don't cost more than $30. Or get a quality USB mike for about $100.

There plenty of people we can line up for this that have written books.

I guess, even if I don't participate in the webinars, if Mark is doing them, I can help promote them on the home page or top of this forum, so that at least it can be part of our theme and attract people to get involved in them, so that Mark's efforts can be optimized.

As to the home page, I think you are right. It's not just too cluttered, but when a first time visitor goes there, he needs to be given a reason to stay. We have to prove to him that we are worth his time. Otherwise, he will just leave the site. I think a few leading questions at the top, followed by a short powerful intro, and then instructions on where to go next, will do the trick.

People have short attention spans and need to be told what to do and where to go the first time they visit the home page. We've got to engage their interest on the home page at the first glance, in order to retain them. This is marketing 101 of course. How about I just put those leading questions on the home page at the top, with a link to the longer intro to learn more?

However, I need to find a place to put the Latest Additions box and the Latest Forum Topics box. Those are valuable too. I want them visible at the top, but there's little room for them there if I want to start with an engaging leading question and quick intro. It's a tough choice.
