Post Questions about the Divorce Act 
Under christian marriage & divorce act, when husband can be asked to give interim alimony to his wife? If wife is working herself for her maintenance, does she have the right to ask for interim alimony? Can a session court make a decree to the husband to give alimony to the wife although she is working? Ifyes, what should the husband do to avoid this as he knows the trues of the wife?
