Conspiracy Theories - Do they exist?

Conspiracy Theories.. Do they exist? I think it is more of word manipulation and point of view , myself. Personal experience follows.

I was going to Mexico , Belize , Panama , Colombia , Peru and Florida quite often in the 1990's for vacations. I got involved in a "Conspiracy to commit drug trafficking" . Ask me and I was innocent of the charges. I was never found guilty and the charges were dropped but this is how it happened.

I was in Puerto Vallarta , Mexico with friends. One of them was a retired FBI / DEA agent. He now owns a Bail Bonds company in our county seat. You can search for the Capo family in Hardin County... not hard to verify. We met a guy on the beach that was selling marijuana. I do not smoke it and have never smoked it so he became interested in me. He owned a pool hall there and we would go and play pool and gamble all night and I would take his cash often. I'd say we became friends.
He introduced me to a man that owned the Cactus Club there. It was a known strip bar and whore house. His name was Rafael Guajardo. I had a video camera and he wanted me to make some films in his club and make some advertisements. He said he would pay for my time so I agreed. He had 3 more cameras brought in to have different angles for me to cut and edit. I spent 3 days with Rafael and made a lot of footage and composed the videos I have on my Photobucket and Myspace. The nude ones are on photobucket. I got to know the man but I didn't consider him a friend.
We go back to America after 6 weeks or so and I prepare for my next trip. I return alone in my car again. I had a 1990 Eagle Talon , All wheel drive .. over head cams, etc. There was no way to miss it in Mexico. I go back to see my friend in the pool hall but he is in Acapulco. I leave Puerto Vallarta for Acapulco and meet him there at a small bar he owned there. He tells me that Rafael has a house there and I am free to stay there for as long as I want to. Rafael comes and we make movies on my video camera and then I am introduced to another man named Amado Fuentes. he said he was a pilot and if I needed to go anywhere just ask and he would take me.
That night we got to talking and making fun and they were getting drunk and Rafael asks me what it is I think he does for money and I laugh and say .. grow marijuana. He laughs and said, "Yea you could say that. Would you like to see some fields and tape them ?" I laughed and said ,"Sure.. now?" I was thinking it was drunk Mexican talk. He told me that I would have breakfast and we would go see some fields.
The next morning I was escorted by plane, jeep and 4-wheeler to see HUGE fields. I was totally amazed. I was also allowed to tape these fields and the processing barn and hangar. Yes ... it was an airplane hangar full!
I go back to the USA and then the story goes deeper but that is relevant for the purpose of the Conspiracy Theory.
I continue to go back and forth to those countries and meet other people that have high profile names. Then in 1993 I was shot in the arm in Medellin , Colombia during a raid and arrested and brought back to the USA to face charges that I mentioned above.

Now here is the Conspiracy part... depending on what you believe I was innocent. The charges had to be dismissed. The FBI has a 6 foot filing cabinet filled with photos of me with these people. All of these people were shot and killed in raids. Why were the charges dropped ? .. because they had conjured up these charges and "facts" on ignorance.

I was asked "Do you know.. (insert name)... I answered no to most of them. They would ask.. then why are you in a picture with him.

Fact is... how DO you know someone? Because I have a cup of coffee and talk to you for an hour.. do you know me?

They said I had "Ties" to these known drug lords... There was no proof. There were no ties.. they were ALL dead. You can't have "ties" with a corpse. Even if they were alive I didn't have "Ties" with them. I had no businesses with them.. no income or expense with them.

They said I was "Linked" to them. I had no links to them. They were all dead. I had absolutely NO links to them. Yes I had spent hours, weeks and months with them .. but I was not "linked" to them. Then they tried to say I was "linked" to drug smuggling .. The charges were dropped. Of ALL those photos not one was I around drugs.

So the case was a total fabrication to the jury. Because a person meets a man in a cafe and talks, drinks and eats for hours does not make you his "friend", linked to him, having ties with him or anything other than just meeting him.

When that case was a total screw-up they tried to say I was "linked" to the Cali Cartel , Medellin Cartel AND the Los Pepes ! Yes I had been to Hotel Escobar and had stayed there many nights but I was not "linked" to them. If anyone knows anything about those 3 factions then you can see how impossible it would be... they were at war with each other ! If I were "Linked" to them I would be dead as all hell ! Delta Force was after Escobar at that time and assassinated him the day I was shot !

So .. was I an innocent bystander? No. I knew those people but I did not have ANY dealings with them. I still have the video tapes in a safe. A month or so ago the police were called to my home because there was a "Hot Crime Stoppers Tip" that I was harboring an illegal alien. They came and searched my home and found some minor things , like those video tapes and some safe-deposit box keys .. and thoroughly searched everything on my 2 computers.. but nothing illegal was found.

These people tried me for "Conspiracy to Commit Drug Trafficking" and everything was fabricated. There is that word.... Conspiracy ! It is NOT a theory.. what was the theory was that I was involved in Drug Trafficking. It was a debunked theory in the end but it was still a threat to my freedom.

I was a nobody in a rock group that went on vacation in Mexico .. but it ended with me getting shot (bullet still in my arm) and arrested for a trumped charge. So.. if you think something strange can't happen to you because you are an "Average Joe" .. think again. I am proof that shit CAN happen.

One big time conspiracy theory book which I've read was "Hidden Truth" by Stephen Greer. I really enjoyed it, alot of the stuff in the book elicited a response from me. I don't necessarily know what to make of it though, it seems to me that the author might have been to hasty on jumping to far fetched conclusions in certain areas. He also might have been playing up his experiences, for whatever reason.

Still, the mention he made of alternative energy technology being suppressed is some which I've seen mentioned elsewhere. It makes sense. Not only would the proliferation of such technology demolish current cherished scientific theories, but much of the technology could be employed by individual households, freeing them from government taxation.

Have you seen that magnet technology?! Amazing is all I can say. It would only use a small amount of electrical charge to start the magnets spinning and it would never stop producing energy unless a bearing goes out or a piece breaks !

Downside.. the government will never allow it I am sure. It would mean we would have no need for ANY energy but magnet technology.. and the little electricity to start it.

I am sure there are many other alternate energy solution out there that are being quashed.

Yeah, its pretty frustrating that it isn't being developed.

I've heard on several websites that the problem isn't so much the oil tycoons. They already have golden parachutes, and can invest in new technology and development if need be. The problem is actually the mainstream scientific community, who can be just as bad as religionists when it comes to suppressing "heresy". The government plays a role too. Cheap energy sources which doesn't require a centralized grid can't be taxed much (if at all), so they're obviously not going to want it to spread.

I think its possible too that military leaders would want to suppress and confiscate new technology so it doesn't wind up in the hands of foreign armies or various civilian organizations.

I tend to think along the same lines. I have a friend that leads hunting and fishing excursions here. He also owns a canoe business and that is all he has done for his entire life. Our other friend has the only solar power house in my town.. probably in 100 miles.

They always say it is the government, of course, but there is more to it than that I would think.

Anyway.. when we had the big freeze 10 years , or so, ago I was totally shocked at the lack of ability to forage for food. Lucky for me and Orange, Texas I had a business that was on the same electricity hub as the hospital .. and so was Dairy Queen (Burger place.. not sure if you have them everywhere). We were the first to get lights so everyone would eat at DQ and come to my business for a "bath" in my bathroom. I started a "soup kitchen" for the town and we would serve food 24 hours a day.

My friends I spoke of would go kill deer and wild game and we would serve it .. Illegally . It is illegal to serve wild game here and they were harvesting more than a license would allow but people were grateful and never said a thing.

If we lost power I don't know what would happen in the USA. If it came a freeze what would the vegetarians do? If we had no gas and no cars.. how would the USA survive? I am sure chaos and anarchy would reign .. and then those that are for gun control would be out of luck. Luckily I have enough guns for about 13 families so I could help some people in that department. I have always hunted for game and fished and I have 25 acres near the lake that i can hunt on .. but I still feel it wouldn't be enough.

Even if the government didn't want to mass produce these machines all at once , they should implement small versions for survival. Generators , lights , etc. America has seriously grown out of the hunter / gatherer stage.

I often feel it is about profit. If the profit was there for a new machine then the government would be all for it. That magnet technology is really cool. The downside (yeah right) is you never need to buy a new one... they never die once started. Only if they break a moving part !

If gas keeps going up, the economic chaos it will cause might serve as an incentive to get the technology out. If things get bad enough, I'll start telling more people about it.

Rising gas prices are a conspiracy. There is no such thing. Anyone that says otherwise is a wacky conspiracy theorist, a traitor, and needs to be put in prison.

Also, oil company profits are NOT the highest in history. That is another crazy conspiracy. Who are you going to believe, your loving gov't or your lying eyes?

Yes, that is called an electric motor. We've known about them since the 1700's.

You certainly have known a lot of people who have been murdered. Maybe you shoulnd't hang out with drug dealers?

I do not make it a point to hang out with drug dealers. Street thugs are not my sort of friends. Businessmen are. Musicians are.

Another proven fact about Russia is this ... if you have business in Russia (generally, Moscow) you deal with one of two factions... FSB or Red Mafia.. or you will be killed or closed down.. violently.

One case in point .. the club Slava. Didn't want to play with either faction.. fire took it out.

Go to Russia and live. If you want business make it.. it won't be long and you will see.

I am "tied" to the Capo family in my town. It is a fact. Their family fled from Palermo , Sicily and settled here. Are they criminals? Depends on who you ask. I say No. They are bail Bondsmen , DEA , and retired policemen. I was there , in Puerto Vallarta , visiting one of them when I met Guajardo . From there my life was forever changed.

If you ask a criminal he will say THEY are the criminals.. arresting them and then bailing them out. Maybe you call that a conflict of interest. Maybe that IS a crime somewhere. But it is all politics .. like the government killing all of my friends. They couldn't catch them so they killed them. I am NOT going to say Escobar was a good man to his enemies, but he was a good man to his country (At first) and to me.

Everyone that knows about Escobar knows he was helping his country and poor people. He was Colombia's "Robin Hood" and he ran for President and had a damn good chance to win but they threw him out because he was a drug smuggler. He got pissed and killed the running mates and a few others... not the most intelligent thing to do. From then on it was bad for him. If he would have shut up and ruled his empire he could have done more for his country.

Some say Putin , from Russia, is the same. People die that oppose him all of the time. I have no problem with him. He has never done anything to hurt me or Marina. We understand you have to pay to do business in Russia. It is not a secret. You have to choose a side and not play on the fence. I have always had a side.

Business is like life.. sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. I have always had good business and not been into trouble. When you know the rules and play by them you don't get hurt .

I am sure it is the same where you are. You know what you can and can't do and where you can go and where you can't.

W: I read an article (and posted it in the current events board) that said that they will raise gas prices until people can't take it anymore, then lower it down, but keep it just above where it was before. That's the tactic they use, using scarcity as an excuse.

He started his "business" career by stealing cars. Most of these sorts of people do bigger and better felonies within a 5 year period--at least according to the FBI statistics that are available.

Those "bigger" felonies would be murder, armed robbery, rape and aggravated assualt.

The word you were searching for was ... HAD ... I had some cool friends .. the government and Los Pepes killed them all... Escobar, the Castano Brothers, Rano, Guajardo, Fuentes ... all "murdered" by the police and government .. no quarter.

Now I sit in my own little empire and associate with the Capo's , Holzapfel's and other friends.

Yes. The price of oil is actually dictated more by the Wall Street speculators than the OPEC cartel. In order of magnitude of 2 to 10 times from what I heard from Alex Jones.
