I am horribly confused by the use of double first names, hyphens, colons and "c"s in both the original and new versions.

this is a widely accepted way for a sovereign to write his calling to make sure that no one accidentally thinks it is a NAME. The (c) indicates the calling is copyrighted and the owner of the copyright has the right to charge a fee for the use of the calling should he deem fit. Unathorised use of the copyrighted calling is liable to a fine. You should see the problems guvments have talking to someone who has copyrighted their calling! LOL!!

So a new guy with a scary moniker joins, makes 8 posts the first day, and instantly - mirabile dictu - has an ongoing vendetta with Peter Nolan. Fancy that! The first such "fan" could have been an old nemesis with some personal resentment. The fact that they keep popping up like caterpillars after rain is evidence that they are minions of an intelligence agency. Professional liars. Mafias have minions too, but they have other methods, without the fig leaf of legality. So it must be an intelligence agency, not a mafia. And it must be a particularly weak one, with no real pull in Germany. We can forget about Mossad and CIA, then. And legitimate law enforcement is not a possibility - because they would not be stalking him like adolescent schoolgirls who've been jilted, they would be calling Interpol to have him arrested on a warrant - if he was fact guilty, or even reasonably suspected, of anything illegal.

ASIO has pull in Germany but their problem is they have a real problem in killing me or incarcerating me. I have taken care of those two outcomes. I have known Peter Nolan and his family personally for over 25 years and can confirm that whilst nothing has been proven in court as yet Mr Nolan is wanted for questioning for multiple child sex offences in Australia.

As for his claim that he lawfully video taped a court case, one of the many he lost and lost badly by following his own model. This is NOT the case. Mr Nolan covertly filmed it by holding it at hip height with a cardigan draped over it. He will be charged with this crime along with many others when he is extradited back to Australia.

And this would be why David Dunkley notes in his court order of 19.2.2010 that it appeared I was recording the meeting on my mobile phone, eh? He was so far away he could not tell if it was a phone or not. It was actually a flip video recorder.

given that I VOLUNTARILY walked into a German Court on April 18th to further the acceptance of World Passport by the German Guvment it is pretty easy to tell that no one has a case against me for anything. Men who are wanted by police do not sit in a court with FIVE armed police officers telling a judge that he does not have the authority to force the legislation of the german federal republic on to him. The judge was not best pleased! LOL!!

The matter is now in the hands of Angela Merkel and the minister for the interior who is also responsible for the police. They can easily get a copy of the transcript of that meeting. Since there were so many witnesses I decided not to aggravate the situation further by video recording the meeting. I softened my running order considerably for reasons that remain private.

So yes...there are just those who like to go around telling lies about me.

A much better question is "why is ASIO spending taxpayer dollars" doing this sort of thing. The only web site that has been removed because of my presence was the Australian Freeman site. The admins took it down because my mentally unstable ex brother in law, Michael Toal, contacted his employer and made slanderous allegations against him.

We wondered how Michael Toal found the admins. We presume it was via ASIO connections that Michael has been alleged to have.

Michael himself claimed to have been in Afghanistan a while ago and this was also confirmed to me by my sources. I have emailed Bill Toal on bill_toal@hotmail.com to put the question to him if Michael Toal was in Afghanistan at the times Michael and my sources claimed. Bill Toal did not reply.

For anyone who wants to? Bill Toal is now subject of criminal prosecution for aiding and abetting a known criminal, Jennifer Toal. Jennifer Toal alleges in an affidavit that Bill Toal loaned her AUD35,000 to continue legal proceedings against me. Since I gave Bill Toal a copy of Jennifers perjurous court documents in November 2007 Bill was aware his daughter had committed the crime of perjury and that giving her money was a criminal offence. He should have refused to assist her and demanded that she be brought to justice.

The greatest failure in my divorce was Jennifers father refusal to ensure his child was a law abiding person. In the west I state that the people who are failing the most are the FATHERS of women who commit crimes with impunity.

I am issuing a letter for my former children to tell them they have until the end of may to denounce their mother as a criminal or face me in court on an aiding and abetting a known criminal accusation. My older former children have been told they will be facing such an accusation ages ago.

Unlike other fathers I will not allow my former children to commit criminal acts. I will ensure justice is done in each of their cases. They will learn right from wrong courtesy of me.

CAF is hosted in the US and I have a good relationship with the hoster having been a client for 7 years. When I hosted CAF I wrote to their legal department and put the question to them about hosting sensitive content. Their response was that they observed the first ammendment and would not take down any content due to any complaint made. They told me that if a court order arrives asking to remove content they will forward the court order to me.

I told them that I take responsibility for what I post and the men who post there will be held accountable for what THEY post.

This is the agreement between the hosters and I.

Also CAF is hosted under common law as the US is a common law land. This means that court orders have no lawful standing.

And they have tried attacking my site. Posters join and put rubbish on CAF and I remove it again. Happens on a relatively infrequent basis as they realise there is no real point to doing it.

Harvey is one more ASIO agent telling lies. He has already been caught telling a blatant lie. I would recommend he be banned and removed.

The more important question for men to ponder in a place like this is...

"Why does ASIO even use such a blatant method of dis-information as telling lies like this? And why does it work with so many men?"

Those are very good questions for men to ponder because it points to the fundamentals of the problem. Men will believe lies just through repetition and the desire to see someone lied about...very few men seek the truth.....

By the way? I am told that the feds in Australia know full well that my video is blocked into Australia but no feds have got the guts to reveal themselves to me by name as they know I will put them on their oath and then nail them for aiding and abetting known criminals. No feds want to talk to me. No members of parliament either but they can not avoid me and a well known.

The reason that my video is not taken down is that I wrote to Eric Schmidt and told him that if he allowed it to be taken down again he would be personally charged with obstruction of the course of justice. I have written to Eric a number of times. I am now including Larry Page and Sergy Brin as addressees to these letters.

Eric is now going to be served a notice to claim USD500,000 in copyright infringment for the use of my calling on the ASIO hate site that he has refused to have taken down and the persistence of my calling in google searches after he has been noticed of the copyright. He is also going to be served a notice for USD50,000 in damages for allowing a colleague of mine to be slandered on the hate site. He was slandered as a paedophile. I think Eric has more than enough money to pay out USD550,000 in such damages.

Should he not pay the damages he will be put on trial and the jury can decide the damages. Since Eric is a BILLIONAIRE I rather think the jury will take a dim view of his refusal to remove slanderous materials from his web sites.

I have issued the notice that I will accept accusations of criminal activities to my email address or to a fax number in Australia that is forwarded to my email.

Any such accusations are to be made under oath, full penalty of perjury and commercial liability, and signed by three witnesses to verify the identity of the person making the accusation.

No such accusation exists to the best of my knowledge. Period.

I have, for mysterious factors, been omitted from masculinists.net despite Aoithior and I being people for years. The concept of Masculinism is diverging from what I believe to be real as well....but I do wish them the best. They will come back to MBA gradually as we will be the only such international enterprise that only allows men. I did very highly consider becoming a community resident and putting my initiatives behind the community guvment of community people. However this team allows females as colleagues while not demanding females be attributed for their legal activities. So I did not be a part of. I will not be a part of any team that allows females as complete associates. If females wish to have a team that offer solution when females make offenses I would welcome that. So far, in the world, I have not discovered ONE list of females who GUARANTEE that their associates will be attributed before the law for legal functions.

The other day I was talking to a German man about MBA. Just some guy I met at a bar who happened to be an English teacher. He heard me order my drinks in English and asked me where I was from etc. We spent two hours where I explained how the world really worked.

When I told him about MBA he asked why were women not allowed. I told him that since women condone perjury in the west their word means nothing and can not be trusted on an oath. I followed with "if women form a WBA and guarantee their members will be held accountable before the law on the same basis as men then men can choose to do business with such a WBA or not".

He nodded his head and said "that sounds very fair to me". That his how german men respond to fair proposals that treat women as equals...they just agree that sounds fair and move on....as far as I can tell there is very little pervasive man hatred in germany as compared to the west....but I must say quite some german men disagree with me on that point....so maybe I am just not seeing it because I am an outsider.
