Hungarian women?
I do not believe the question of Hungarian women has been broached here, so I will ask:
What are Hungarian women like?
The reason I ask is because I have been conversing with a Hungarian woman on InterPals (just today), and before she logged off to go to bed, she told me that she liked me "very very much".
Do Hungarian women normally do this, or do I need to watch out (because she is possibly a scammer)?

You didn't exactly provide much information, dude...
What can you know about a woman based on only the fact that she's Hungarian and the fact that she said that she "likes you very, very much" on the internet? Answer: Not much! There are all types of Hungarian women, just like there are all types of women of different nationalities.
I've never looked at the InterPals website so I don't know what type of Hungarian women use it.
But one thing I will mention is that Hungarian women reject men in a much more polite way than American women do and will normally just keep saying that "they're busy" if they aren't interested in meeting with you. They generally try to be at least somewhat kind and feminine in most situations. Hungarian women can be incredibly sweet on social websites, but it doesn't mean much unless they meet with you in person. They are sweet to most of their friends and family, so the fact that one is sweet to you doesn't necessarily mean that you're that special.
I don't know if they are Hungarian women who are internet scammers. I've never heard of anything like that. Most of the scams I've heard of just happen in person in Budapest: a pretty girl lures you into a massively-overpriced restaurant, bar, or strip club and then the bouncers threaten to beat you up or kill you if you don't pay the bill. Or hookers take a customer to a remote location and the same thing happens.

One thing I would advice is to take it slow while in the process of getting to know her and always be on the lookout for red flags. These days we have to take things with a grain of salt at times. But in the getting to know her process you will know if she's a scammer or not cause usually scammers always give themselves away eventually. I'm not saying to run away from her but you still got plenty of time to get to know her before even a trip is planned. Also try to get her skype and do a few video chats with her so that way you can see if she's real or not.

She is definitely real. I have spoken with her (video chat) on Skype a few times. She lives in Budapest. I will be careful.
